I have seen cases in which a rapist who doesn't kill, does when he knows the victim can really ID him...
About 3 weeks before Kelli disappeared, there was a soldier raped very close to the bar. I would say probably within a mile of the bar. From where NH allegedly dropped her off, she would have had to walk quite a bit. From my understanding, from what has been in the news, the first victim of the serial rapist was jogging early morning. All the rest of the victims were asleep and the rapist broke in. Let's just say the rapist was stalking and then all of a sudden, down walks Kelli, cute blond girl, and the rapist finds a new target.
