Thank you for stating exactly what I was thinking.Another assumption on her part--she is trying to sway the jury with assumptions. Not facts in evidence. I don't like this at all. Too much that has been said by this defense attorney is not factual. The law in NC states that opening and closing arguments do not have to be factual, but this is going well beyond the norm.
