I have always wondered if it was the wording that made it sound like the dogs actually had a device on them. What kind of device could they have put on them that would not have been noticed? That would be small enough? The pic I saw of CRsr dogs, they did not seem to have a collar on, but it was hard to tell.

They have George on recording saying that he bought a Captain America mask. Also, that he bought a night scope to hunt raccoons, saying it's legal.

Canepa asked Scheiderer if the Wagners celebrated Halloween and Scheiderer said "No they do not not." Canepa asked "Why is that?" And Scheiderer said "It's against their religion."

I believe the point she was making - implying - is that the captain America mask wasn't bought for Halloween but could have been used by George on the night of his aggravated crimes.

She asked Scheiderer if he heard George make fun of Jake's religion and Scheiderer said "Yes he did - alot."

So what type of religion says you can't celebrate Halloween but you can murder as many people as you want in cold blood?

My Opinion. Speculation.
Sadly, it sounds like they were using people or a person Hanna knew well.
Almost had to be someone who could visit with HR.
Very sadly, probably a friend or relative or an associate
in the other unknown, undercurrent "business ventures" between W's and R's.
Wonder if that person is still alive. Without naming names, there have been so many random deaths among the general very wide circle of people we discuss in Southern Ohio.
Neighbors, friends, relatives, random 'associates' drug dealers, drug users, mysterious disappearances.
Deaths by vehicle accidents, drug overdoses, suicides, bodies found in the Southern Ohio woods, with no real explanation or follow up.

I know this question and answer will not be popular, but, How do you think Jakes trial will go - we know custody is the motive.
But, will the "undercurrent businesses" be brought into the mix?
Or will it be avoided completely?
The Prosecutor surely must have to un tangle, to make sense of the story and relationships.

Maybe in Jake's trial the prosecution will bring in Billy's drug running. I'm sure the defense will bring in the marijuana grows that were found and try to tie the homicides into that subject.

How do I think Jake's trial will go?

Jake's trial will go better for him if certain evidence isn't presented to the jury.

1.) Shoe print expert testimony
2.) Ballistics expert testimony
4.) Non-Testifying Co-Defendants Statements such as Angie admitting she bought the Walmart shoes for Jake and George.

He is going to be convicted if all this evidence we see is presented to the jury - if his attorneys can't get some of this evidence "thrown out."

His Other Acts will help get him the DP, no redeeming qualities.

I don't consider "crying over dogs" a redeeming quality.

Yup raccoons are his reason for buying the night scope but Canepa wasn't having it. She said a night scope would come in handy to shoot people in their beds in the middle of the night.
