Was RN taking care of her mother at the time?
AW kept putting her mom on the spot with recorded phone conversations that even involved RN's mom iirc.
My biggest question is WHO paid for RN's lawyer. There was no electric in one residence but 'somehow' RN was able to pay for her lawyer?
It seems more likely, that 'someone' else paid for RN's lawyer but why?
She should have easily qualified for a court appointed lawyer so why did someone pay for her lawyer.
I'm very curious why you think somebody other than the State (or RN) paid for her legal representation? Please tell me what I missed here.
I recall when she posted her $50K bail bond it was stated that she'd worked as a teacher. When she appeared in court to enter her plea, her attorney Frank Gerlach stated she was retired on social security. I always thought Gerlach was her court-appointed counsel.
I can't imagine that RN didn't quality for court-appointed counsel as soon as she was placed on house arrest-- if not before. But I'd really like to know how I missed where somebody else was paying RN's legal fees on her behalf.
