It's allowed from Angenette Levy. I posted information from her Twitter several times and her 30 second dive team video and posted her MSM verified credentials.

She has reported on this Case from the beginning for WKRC Local 12 Cincinnati.

Thanks. Yes I know who she is, I am very familiar with her but was not sure if anything FB was allowed. Seemed they may be trying to guard AW from anyone getting to her.

I was wondering if that article was correct about the bodies when I saw it a while ago. It may be. Did they say that in court?

I don't know...I missed the last part of the hearing and have not had a chance to view it. Maybe I should have put she moved bodies?!

I was not sure either, the sound was so bad today.

There could be death threats we don't even know about.

This is Jake leaving court after his guilty plea, no noticeable BPV's. The security with Jake looks almost casual compared with Angela's security.

Compare Angie and Jake leaving court after their guilty pleas, very different between them.

I don’t recall it being mentioned either. There were issues with the sound and the stream was interrupted, so it could have been during one of the technical challenges. It will be interesting to go back and listen.

I am going back and watching news reports from tonight. This reporter states at 2:35 she moved at least 2 of the victims bodies. Assuming GR and CR Sr.

And she gets credit for time served so 77 yo when eligible for release.

What I heard listening to AC's summary was just that - she gave a lengthy summary of the crimes committed by the Wagners against the Rhodens. It was a description of evrything they did that the 22 counts were based on.

Later, though, AC addressed Angela Wagner specifically. She said (paraphrasing) "we know that you did help plan the murders and helped buy supplies. When JW, Billy and GW4 left your home that night, you knew exactly where they were going and what they were going to do. When they came home later they talked to you about what they did. Afterwards you helped them cover up, hide evidence and lied about what happened, etc."

Im pretty sure that's what was said. They said she still could have been convicted of murder, but they made a deal with her.

Listen to AC'S statement again and let us know what you think.

I don't believe that this was primarily about custody. It was about one family's revenge on a young woman who rejected their son.

Angela is a coward. I figured the last thing she wanted to do was go to trial. Have to sit and look at picture after picture of victim after victim. Picture after picture of crime scene after crime scene. Picture after picture of babies covered in blood that was left at the crime scenes. To listen as A.C. Listed evidence after evidence of everything she has done. People like Angela can dish it out all day long but when it’s dished back they just CAN NOT swallow. No, she is a true coward that hid behind her husbands violent reputation. Also, someone posted earlier that without her instigating the situation, the murders would not have happened. I agree to a certain extent. I believe that Jake would have eventually murdered or attempted to murder Hannah, he was that obsessed. My opinion.

That is what I heard to. It sounded like they left her at home and when they came back she was home. (or that is what was told at least)

I was wondering if the judge said something about moving the bodies I missed.

She, with her and her husband's convictions for thieving notwithstanding, thought that she and her family were better than the Rhodens and their daughter should have been grateful that their golden boy picked her to be groomed and sexually exploited.

2 down, 2 to go! Love the guilty pleas.

Why did she grow her hair so long? In prison they will beat her to death while they hold her down by the hair of her head, JMO

Because she thinks that she is a young chick.

Angela instigating? Yes for sure.

I think it's underestimated how much of a green light Angie gave to these homicides.

According to Canepa today, Angie was hacked into and spying on Hanna's and Patricia's (George's ex MIL) Facebook private messages.

She took many screen shots and showed Jake the screenshot of the pivotal conversation where Hanna told Patricia she would never sign anything, they would have to kill her first.

It was only 4 months later that Hanna was shot. 11 shots in her home alone, between her and her mom and little brother.

Angie used this Facebook message to confront Jake, like "what are you going to do about it?" I believe she pushed him hard to get custody - for her!

Angie was so close to Jake she controlled him and could have kept him from shooting anyone.

She was an extremely controlling mother with him who kept him isolated with home schooling, encouraged him to always live with her even when having his own family, shared bank accounts with him meaning he was supporting her financially, had the family voting on his personal matters, and so forth.

Thus, she was the linchpin in his life the most important person with the most influence. She could have showed him that Facebook message and told him she would help to work things out between he and Hanna.

She could have invited Chris and Dana over for a meal or coffee, made the peace etc...

But nope, she set the whole family on the course she wanted. She wanted a certain life and nobody would stand in her way, not even her own mother who she almost took to prison with her.

Rhoden Family Member:
"I see a woman with no sympathy, no remorse," she said, commenting on the sentence. "She's getting 30 years more than what our family gets,"

...2 Cents...
Information comes from Other Acts Evidence and Scheiderer's testimony at George's Bond Hearing.

Nope. Her and Jake did pleas, pleading guilty but have not been sentenced.
They won't be sentenced until the trials are done or both George and Billy plead guilty.

They both are suppose to testify against George and Billy if both go to trial so sentencing is a long way off unless George and Billy suddenly decide to do a mea culpa and plead guilty. What deal they could get remains to be seen.
