So far all 4 Wagners have been behind bars for the rest of their lives. Well Angela until she is 78.

I don't think George will be out by age 57 with a 30 year deal like Angela's. If the murder charges are not dropped by Judge Deering and George goes to trial with those charges, he will get LWOP I believe.

George's defense is trying to get a Motion approved to get the DP and 8 murder charges dropped. Probably will be argued at next Hearing:

It would give the defense another opportunity to cross-examine JW and attempt to twist his words, motive, and memory. The less a State's witness is on the stand the better, and with this family the less they are in the same area together the better. The could have worked out buzz words, hand signals, etc to clue each other. MOO

Yes, there may be several reasons they want him on the stand other than to say G4 did not kill anyone, if that is true. They may think they can discredit JW in some ways. There were things said about some personal things JW was doing around the time of the murders that they may try to bring out. They may want to try to bring in any mental findings on JW that he could testify to.

I would think that JW will also testify that G4 was involved and how he was involved so it could backfire on the defense if they can put him on the stand. He may not be able to testify to what is in his proffer since it is sealed but could in general. Will be interesting to see if the judge allows it. I know that a person can call a witness to testify at their hearing, not sure how that works with a co defendant or someone who has made a deal and has a sealed proffer. Will be interesting to see.

If allowed, I would think the state can bring on witnesses also. It would be similar to the bond hearing, in a mini trial way I am guessing.

Since motions are still being filed, we may can assume that a plea deal has not been reached. I do not think that is a given but maybe could mean that.

I don't think George would go for a plea deal because he would still face decades behind bars.

I think George wants to get out so badly he will end up going to trial and "gamble" for multiple aquittals.

I think we will see a trial in his case.

FR's ex was sharing custody with him, no problems there, Chris JR was not involved with anyone, so it had to be HR. According to friends (no link FB post so take with a grain of salt) CG wasn't much interested in her or being a dad, her current BF was still with her, so that left only Jake. I'll bet it was when the searches and laser focus came out that alot of people started agreeing with you.

But still it was really hard for people to believe anyone would do that over custody. Especially because most of the victims had nothing to do with having custody.

I felt it was amateur locals who had a beef over land/money/nefarious business etc...(Chris Sr main target)
Because of the way it was done. All those excessive gunshot wounds to the head are not the way drug "hit men" operate. The disorganized way it was handled at Chris's reeked of amateurs and non-professionals, and
they knew their way around too well going to 4 locations so they had to be from the area.

It was really staged at Kenneth's to look like a drug hit. Throwing dollar bills on him and one shot in the eye screamed "look we are mad over money." It looked too staged.

To target Kenny was to distract from the real motive and from the main family they were after.

I felt it was locals who would get caught on wiretaps discussing it amongst themselves. As time went on I felt more and more the Wagners were the locals and Hanna - not Chris Sr - was the main target. I never pegged them outright from the beginning like you did.

Good job. Wish I had been on here back then to hear your theories and everyone elses. I didn't come on until after arrests. Book'em Danno!

That video was dated April 25th. LM said Saturday evening we had a big conflict up here with the deputies. I took that to mean that they had an issue the Saturday after the murders with the deputies at the homes/scenes.

Yes the video clarifies Leonard was unhappy with deputies over his son's truck not over a fight that weekend. Obviously fight happened before that weekend. We know Billy pulled a gun on Chris just a week (or less) earlier.

I was thinking about JW being subpoenaed to the court next week for GW4's hearing, and something dawned on me. If the judge does allow JW to be in court on 12/22/21, would he and GW4 both be in the Pike County Jail at the same time? If so, could that be part of the W4's plan to "bust out" one of the family members from jail--as discussed during the revenge conversations?

Then I thought even further--If GW4 and/or BW go to trial, JW has to testify against them. Would JW be in the Pike County jail at the same time as his dad and/or brother for any length of time, even a couple days if JW's testimony takes a long time? I can't imagine his testimony/cross examination would be wrapped up in a single day. JMO

I don't know much about jails...thankfully, I've never been in one. Are there different areas where two prisoners can be in the same jail but not have any contact or even see each other from a distance?

Wagners aren't going anywhere except court, jail, and like Angie, maybe occasionally off-site medical.

Pike county doesn't have a jail they use anymore, the Wagners would be in the same Courthouse.

It has never been an issue before when 2 of them had court dates on the same day, one in the AM one in the PM.

The Courthouse is a huge building and security is tight for the Wagners. If the 2 Wagners were in the courtroom together they would both be wearing shock vests and there would be armed security all over.
