There was so much revealed in the Bond Hearing and still that was just the tip of the iceberg. The trial will be the final reckoning, a real picture of what happened and who the Wagners really are.

Of course it would be better if he would plea and spar the families having to listen to sensitive details in a trial but on the other hand, when George gets convicted of the murder charges, the family will have the full truth out there and justice soundly served.

It really looks less and less likely that George will accept a plea. His attorney says he vehemently denies the charges, that would be all 22.

I believe George's ex-wife will testify and bring details out in court of her abuse, how her child was stolen from her, and how the Wagner family dynamic operated.

She had a fight with George, then Angela threatened to kill her. She hid out on the property until nightfall then grabbed a bike and rode to a gas station to get away - never to return. Imagine how scared she was hoping not to get seen on the property.

Remember Jake told Hanna he would kill her and bury her and no one would ever find her.

I would be surprised if the trial starts when it is suppose to. There were some things filed today by the defense. They are somewhat interesting and strange in their own way.

Yup, there you have it.

Can't take no for an answer, still trying to get the DEATH SPECIFICATIONS tossed out.

Nash knows George is on a sinking ship with his co-defendants testifying against him and as his attorney he has to do everything he can to keep that from happening.

And those 8,000 recordings of interest, wow, George in his own words. Nash needs to do everything he can to get all those incriminating conversations tossed out.

Just think how important these Motions are.

That without his co-defendant's testimony and without the BCI recorded conversations, George might stand a chance of getting some aquittals.

I think JW testimony can cut both ways, for and against the defense and prosecution. It may be problematic. Both sides may want to think twice about putting him on the stand in my opinion. Some things that JW supposedly said in his proffer may not be something the prosecution may want to be said and some things may not be something the defense wants said.

Jake's testimony is super important for the prosecution or the whole plea deal wouldn't hinge on it. Yes he could choose to testify untruthfully but he won't do that unless he wants to sit on DR which he absolutely doesn't want to do. He will give the prosecution what they want and George will have little defense against it. 2 Cents.

They probably just want the state to stand up and apologize for arresting and charging GW4, then offer him a new car and house and a vacation in Hawaii to make up for all the trouble they caused him.

IDK, people like the Wagners go to their graves thinking they're God's gift to the world, even the criminals. Some may put on a show for sympathy and to manipulate public opinion. JMO

There have been quite a few wealthy/powerful killers who have gone to the grave sneering at everyone and swearing they're innocent victims of persecution. To them, the opinions of people they deem lower in social stature mean nothing. They're cold-hearted, broken people, but they're also a toxic by-product of our own society and values. JMO

She isn't a POI so we can't talk about her except what is already out there. According to Canepa she looked up how to lie to the Grand Jury the day before she went before the GJ which shows she might have known information after the fact. Just possible.

We have information from a confidential reliable resource--ahh--source that there was a collection of individuals out at Miss Wagner's home on one occasion, on at least one occasion I should say, in which she was present along with her now Capital Crime Defendant son Billy Wagner along with the other 3 co-defendants all charged with capital crimes, were present at the conversation surrounding if one or more of them got arrested what the others were to do as far as taking revenge on those persons who were not arrested.

And there were individuals that were named but they were to take revenge against anyone who went against them including but not limited to Special Agent Scheiderer, Sheriff Reader and Attorney General Mike DeWine.

There was also discussions of how they would try to make an escape so, again this conversation occurred in Fredicka's home with Miss Wagner present for those conversations.

Certainly I'm not necessarily suggesting that she would you know, become a hit man or anything of that nature but the State does have concerns about her participation in those conversations, potential coordinating of any of those sorts of efforts.

I would also note for the record your honor that she was previously ordered by specially appointed Judge for Grand Jury not to discuss her testimony that occurred in Grand Jury with any persons outside of the Grand Jury. And we again have information that she did in fact discuss that at length with other individuals again to include the now indicted Capital Crime Defendants which is her son and her son's family.

And or help the other individuals escape and I would note that is not the only conversation, I only brought up that conversation as it pertained to Miss Wagner. But there have been multiple conversations where those sorts of threats have been made and I would say that specifically George Wagner is probably the most vocal in making those threats.
