I did notice the agent behind Billy had a "sniper" badge on his uniform.

I think there's more to the story about a disagreement Billy Wagner had with Chris Sr and Kenneth. Billy has long been a violent who was known to bully people in the community. He had a violent conflict with Chris Sr not long before the murders. He was as motivated as the rest, don't let him fool you.

ETA: WS censored the name I used to refer to Billy, but I promise it wasn't a curse word. That said, I'm going to leave it like that because now it looks like it was. It's a word that rhymes with "bug".

ETA #2: Does anyone else think Billy's extra tight security might have to do with LE hearing him say things in jail or in his phone calls? He's been in jail quite a while, they probably know him pretty well by now.

My niece worked at the prison in Warren , her husband is a sheriff deputy. I’m waiting on a response from them regarding Billy’s wristband.

Wristbands are use for ID ad classification.

Hopefully G4 will not be upset he did not see Santa. I wonder if Collins left the courtroom and thought later, why in the word did I say that.
It seemed to me that Collins was trying to diffuse BW and that is the first thing that popped in his mind. Either way it was strange.
He may be talking about the Easter bunny, tooth fairy and many others once JW gets on the stand and starts talking about BW.

Attorneys and live video crew, etc. are talking about the coming bad weather and driving back. Ohio is going to get some of the next winter storm beginning later this evening, possibly with freezing rain early on.

They'll be discussing setting a date for the Daubert hearing on ballistics and shoeprint evidence, but there are quite a few other motions on the docket. I wonder if they'll discuss the recent motion for change of venue?

It really highlights how horrendous are justice system has become. Especially murder at the state level. What exactly does recieve the death penalty if not this? So many rationalizations money considerations. Prosecutors will do anything to avoid trial. Look at g4s case it seems bulletproof. But lacking an actual video of murders coupled with a play by play confession g4 still has a chance. How and why??

I think your right. I believe this incident is what truly sparked the timing of murders. Angela may have had control planning nagging and her boys brainwashed. But b3 wasn't living with her at the time. He couldn/ have been that far under her spell. Kylies birth, Dana's new house definitely played big parts. But g3 getting his butt whooped,gun taken, and if I recall one of his sons and kr were present. A bully like g3 could not let that stand. Hence the brutal overkill on crsr and the isolated murder of kr. Thugpug and thugpug Jr have hidden behind the gag order and their Oscar worthy performances by their enquires so far. But imo the jury and general public will be mortified by the testimony from jake and the coroner. This family is evil.
