I think I read the lawyer was a personal injury lawyer. Its possible that we don't know the extent of her injuries and that they are more severe.

Secondly, this Chelsea girl disappeared for 9 days previously. Did her parents find out where she was. I sure as heck would want to know where my cognitively impaired teenage was.

Does anyone think its possible that Chelsea was the one to actually kidnap N? Do we know if Chelsea was in school that whole day?

Go back to page 37. I brought that up last night, and theres some info and maps on the thread. I don't believe she did the kidnapping, but I DO wonder if she is the teenager. my reasoning is back there too. Sorry..I'm on my phone and I'm limited on what I can do.

If you were a dark skinned African American woman, where would you go to buy the cheapest green contact lenses? Besides online, that is..
That'd be a place the police may want to check up on. I know I would remember ordering someone colored lenses that are obviously an unnatural shade for them.

BBM - Was is reported somewhere or is it speculation? My son would be described* as african america with a medium skin tone and crystal green eyes. Its possible the eye color is real.

*I say described b/c he doesn't like labels and we have limited info on his bio family but bio mom was biracial with light skin, and bio dad is unnamed*

I can't help wondering if the lawyer advised Mom to take her back to the hospital. Sorry, yes, I am a cynic.

I'm still a little skeptical too. I hope LE and CPS are keeping a close watch on this child. Preferably I'd like the child to be interviewed a little before she was released to go home with the family...especially since LE believes it is not a random act and the perp knows the family.

Glad to hear she was not blindfolded until she arrived at perp's house....and she may recall different things she passed along the walk. Poor kid has been thru so much it must be head spinning to her....and feeling so confused and lost. Now back in the hospital. I'd rather hope she may have caught a very bad cold from being thrust out into the cold night than complications from the perp's questionable actions.

***In response to no news. I hope it is because they want to stay focused on NR and not let this become some political arena. I hesitate...but at this point in the investigation, it's not a fact that someone else just dressed up in Muslim clothes is the perp. IMO, since the family is well known in the Muslim community..with complicated relationships, it very well could be someone of the Muslim faith. The Gpa is too quick to point fingers...and it looks more enticing. JMO

Whoever it is...I hope they are caught and all things hidden will be revealed. God's speed for this tiny girl that should just be playing dollies. :furious::furious:

wondering who that information comes from, about the injuries and abductors. LE, reporter's choice of words, the atty involved. Curious. the articles when N was found said she had cuts around her mouth initially, then said no injuries, assault exam performed, child released, now she is back to hospital? Very puzzling. wondering if her injuries are physical or psychological.

I know it is just speculation that the kidnapper wore green contact lenses. But I think it is very likely that she did wear colored contacts.

Because if she is an African American woman with green eyes and she lives in that negihborhood, then it is much easier to track her down. So if she had green eyes for real,I would think she would wear brown contacts to try to conceal that fact because it is so recognizable.

I don't think I've ever noticed the eye color of any AA person I've met, but maybe if they had been green I would have?
Granted... minorities are almost unheard of here. I think I've met in person less than 10 minorities.

I think the green eyes is unusual too. Not because green eyes are so unusual in AA, I've met several with naturally green eyes. But given that the abductor was fully covered, the eyes would, I think, become even more noticeable. So if I am a green eyed AA woman about to kidnap a child so boldy, I might show up at the school wearing brown contacts, particularly if I am trying to pass for a woman who has brown eyes.

hmm. As much thought as it appears went into the abduction I would have thought the abductor would not want distinctively different eyes since that is all that was visible and identifiable on her.

Not sure if I think contacts were used or natural eye color. Just find this aspect puzzling.

I know it was talked about maybe the 14 year old girl missing possibly being who helped this little one to the park but don't remember if it was ruled out or not. I can't find the color of her eyes but they appear dark in the picture below. Now they say she is autistic. Hope she's found soon too.

While searching for information, I came across this factoid. In no way do I mean to insinuate it's directly related to the 5 year-old's abduction. Just thought it was interesting to note since it appears the two cases share some similarities, e.g., victims held against their will, and allegations made against a public entity. If this has been mentioned already, then forgive the repeat. I might've missed it in the other thread.

When the "house of horrors" case broke in the Tacony neighborhood of Philadelphia back in 2011, other victims turned up in different locations. Among them was a niece of one of the suspects, Linda Ann Weston. Attorney Thomas Kline, who now represents the 5 year-old and her mother, also represents the niece in a civil suit against the city of Philadelphia.
