I am wondering about the upstairs noise that prompted the second 911 call: one would think after a visit from a LEO already that morning that the players would keep the noise down, if at all possible. The couple downstairs is older, and probably had no patience for being woken up by loud noises at that ungodly hour.

Again, the key lies with the downstairs neighbors and the guest at Kortne's unit. Once they are "cleared," then LE would look at other possible scenarios. The fact the search warrant is sealed makes me believe LE knows a lot more than what is being disclosed to the public.

Not sure. It looks like the same woman in most of the photographs, though.

I'm interested in this KS/CP friendship. How did they cross paths? How did they become friends?

If the downstairs neighbor is a couple, not just a "creeper guy" as I have read on some weird pages - I'm inclined to focus on the guest.

This is the only person we know for sure was inside the apartment. Or do we? Who saw him there? Who told the family he went back there?

OTOH, if CP told everyone that, why lie when it's so obviously a bad time to put yourself there?

The 'fiance' is living in a different state according to FB and is not friends with CP on FB-there are no recent pics of them so I assume they broke up

I'm really surprised that Palmyra and Hershey aren't up in arms since there has been just about NO info released by the Police and apparently there is a dangerous individual(s) running around free

I saw that on his Facebook page plus a ton of pictures of his fiancé or ex fiancé.. Not sure..those of that same girl with different hair colors stop around April. Or at least what is public. Then the relationship with M which is now just a joke or them being smart asses. Not being local, I assumed incorrectly he was homosexual from his profile picture and from some other comments others had made. So, there still could have been a sexual intent with the friend. It seems it could be a possibility.

The profile picture was changed since 7.28. The previous pic was taken or uploaded July 28th.

I hope it is a local affiliate and not HLN/Jane Velez Mitchell, etc...they don't have a huge audience and I don't think they are taken very seriously, IMO

Do we know what plans Kortne had the day she disappeared? Did she have to work? Did she have plans to hang out with her friends? Her family? Have any of her closest friends spoken out? Did she have a best friend she confided in? Have they checked her computer?

One of her "friends" on her fb page is a modelling agency. Real or not, you decide. I'm suspicious in nature and when a modelling agency appears, I cringe. She works at a hair salon.

I wonder if Kortne has a profile on modelingmayham like so many photographers and wanna-be models do?

The search for 21-year-old Kortne Stouffer continued over the weekend.

Law enforcement officials said they continued to work around the clock investigating her disappearance, even as little progress is reported.

Stouffer has been missing since July 29, when she was last seen at about 3:45 a.m. at her apartment on West Main Street in Palmyra. She had been out with friends in Harrisburg on the night of July 28.

Language on the cover sheet of a two-week-old sealed search warrant indicated police were investigating her disappearance as either a kidnapping or an instance in which she was being held against her will.

However, Lebanon County District Attorney David Arnold said today police were investigating a “suspicious disappearance,” not necessarily an instance of kidnapping or unlawful restraint.

Stouffer's family is holding a press conference this afternoon to update the public on her disappearance.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was reported wrong and the truth is that LE never did knock. However, the fact that LE was "on scene" if you will for at least 5 minutes leads me to believe that they probably did knock on doors. A simple drive by would only take seconds, maybe a minute if you want to include circling back around through the alley. 5 minutes would be about what I would estimate to get out of the car, knock and get back in the car.

I don't know why LE wouldn't knock; sure, laziness, but why not go inside if you are there anyway? Especially if the caller was not the same person as the original call? I also think it would be dangerous for LE to say no one answered, if in fact they never even knocked; a person waiting for LE would surely contradict them.

I searched through a bunch of models on that site in the Palmyra and Hershey areas and it doesn't appear she's on there.
