3:12 AM Phone Call to LE

First we read this in the Lebanon Daily News article dated August 8, 2012:

The first 911 call was made at 3:12 a.m. for a disturbance and indicates that Patrolman Timothy Lengle arrived on the scene 3 minutes later. The dispatch record provides no additional details other than the officer reported he was leaving the scene at 3:49 a.m. - about the time Stouffer was last seen, according to a borough police news release issued about 60 hours after her disappearance.

Then, later in the same article from The Lebanon Daily News, referring to the same 3:15 AM visit by LE, we learn this:

The EMA records, however, match information provided by members of Stouffer's family, who said police were called to her apartment about 3:30 a.m. July 29 for a noise complaint from a neighbor involving the missing woman's dog - also missing.

The parents were hiding nothing early on, IMO. The dispatch records provide no details about the 3:00 AM disturbance call and 30 min LE visit to K's apartment.

Then, we learn that the EMA records indicate that LE was called there after 3:00 AM over a noise disturbance about Kortne's dog? The EMA records match what the parents were told by ____. LE?

Yet the very neighbors who called LE after 3:00 AM provide us with the following explanation as to why they placed the call to LE:

Early Sunday morning, when she and a male friend returned to her apartment, they saw several neighbors in the first-floor apartment. Kortne vented her anger at them, her father said.

In an interview this week, JR and RS, who live in the apartment below Kortne’s, said they saw Kortne kick and swing at TS, who lives in the other half of the duplex.
They said Kortne’s friend stepped between them. The neighbors said Kortne’s friend also made hostile remarks toward them. At that point, R and S said they closed their door and called police.

But the EMA records reflect that the disturbance was over Kortne's dog? Is that what the parents were originally told by LE? I'd say yup, they were. Why?

Time to release the name of the second LE Officer who "responded" to the last call to LE.

I don't want to type this but it keeps nagging at me...

What IF Kortne did walk away?
What IF she did have some money "socked" away?
What IF she did think she had no reason to stay in the area since she believed her boyfriend was going to be "gone" for a long time?
What IF she doesn't know "how to come back" without causing total embarassment for herself and family?

Is this what LE wants us to believe? Why aren't her friends speaking out? Why aren't the reporters interviewing and reporting their findings?

If this is true than that means she is okay.....which doesn't "break" my heart...

We have looked at CP, TS....let's look at this angle and see what we come up with?

Thanks PalmyraDad, that's a good picture of it. Kind of close to the street, but the doors open into the yard.

I was just marking it in JO's pic where it is very hard to see to show that as of when she took the pictures (last month I believe) the shed was still there since Google Street View can be a little outdated.

Her mom is making some heartbreaking posts on her FB page...I doubt very much Kortne walked away and is letting her feel this way.

Just saw on JVM show about cops beating up suspects, etc...being caught on video. What she said was it wasn't so much what they did, but that they left it out of the report. That makes me want to see the reports on Kortne even more...even though this is obviously a totally unrelated case, it just seems as though something is being hidden by LE.

what if report(s) say something like this:

JMO - 300 - another dispute - KS combative; KS and TS verbally loud; KS still upset from earlier "arrests" - told all involved to go to their apartments - any more calls, someone's going to jail....

JMO - next call 415 - officer didn't want to deal with this all again - drove by a couple times - lights out - walked around - didn't hear anything - got back in car and didn't complete report cause "nothing" to report...

all JMO...MOO - no facts to back up

IMO, there is NO WAY Kortne just decided to leave her life, and her dog. She has been gone for 6 weeks. Very few people, much less someone in Kortne's stage of life, have the resources to do this. And for what reason? Because her BF might spend a few weeks in jail? She didn't even know for sure yet. She was close to her nephew, her mother wrote that she would never have missed being a part of his first day of school a week or so ago.

The more time that passes, the more I look toward LE as having some of the answers...they are just too painfully, obviously, quiet.

If that were the case, she'd need more drugs eventually IMO There'd be sightings, etc. She doesn't have a car anymore, so how would she of left the area to become 'unaware' of herself missing? She didn't text/call anyone for a ride at 4a.m. IMO or we'd know about the last person (I would hope). Hard telling though :banghead:

I also do not think it was the same officer the 2nd time that night or it would of been simply stated. IMO JMO MOO

I'm trying to keep Kortne's thread going. We have gotten hardly nothing, nada from LE.

There are only so many ways Kortne is no longer at her house or only so many "what may have happened"....possible people that know:

1. CP
2. TS
3. Someone we don't know about
4. LE
5. She walked away herself

I don't think she walked away voluntarily but is it possible?

The only walking out she may have done is at 4am, intending to come right back, if that, in my opinion.
