Phone Calls and Phone Records

Some programers have posted that those deleted voicemails, or at least the information about them, may actually still be sitting there in a database somewhere. I can't remember where I saw it - probably Reddit. What we need is a sleuth who works at AT&T.

I remember reading some documents (phone company corporate docs or something lol), that said that they can purge those documents/files after so many years, but don't. I also wonder if for some legal reason they can't delete them now if search warrants were issued in regards to them?

I have to believe that Zellner has way more than what we see, because assumptions can be made with what we have, but no definitive evidence like she claims in the motion.

I don't think phone records ever get deleted, just as the internet never gets deleted.

I can ask my fiance, he is a database administrator.

We don't know much about TH's phone habits or SA's phone habits before the 31st. We only have records for a few days for TH, and only the 31st for SA.

LOL, well i hope KZ will try at least to recover the deleted messages by whomever deleted them. I'm thinking it was Hillegas, or ? IMO. Whoever hacked into TH's phone to do that. Might turn up some very interesting information.

MH testified that he may have deleted some but didn't remember specifically deleting them. But it was on November 3rd. RH did brag about the online account password, and how he "guessed it", these are both part of their testimony.

Zellner, in her motion, points a finger at Individual B (RH LOL), saying he deleted VM's sometime before 7:12am on November 2nd, which is before she was reported missing. I have been looking at his phone records, which are attached as an exhibit to the motion, to try to figure out why she thinks that. He did call her on the 1st at 6:42pm, so I'm wondering if KZ thinks that maybe he called her cell number, while the VM message was playing, he hit the # key to enter into the VM's... then deleted.

There is only 2 ways to access the voicemails. 1 ~ Her phone. 2 ~ Another phone by dialing her number and entering the password after the # key while her VM was playing.

Minor correction Missy... Zellner mentioned that RH called TH on 11/1 around 6:30 p.m. and got a "voicemail full" message. Then she says something like 11 messages were deleted from 10/31 through 11/2 at 7:12 a.m. She never specifically accused RH as being the person who deleted them.

Re-reading my post, you are correct and I should have put IMO

And it's kind of confusing, and looking at the records she attached to the motion, along with the records we have, I have concluded..... we are missing something LOL And come to think of it, I think she attached those phone records in support of the "22 LE calls on November 4th" not the "deleted voicemails", I will have to go back and look.

I think she is leaving crumbs, just enough to get what she wants (the testing), and she's not giving any more than she is required to give at this point. JMO

Dang, I was going to ask my brat if she calls into her VM if it shows in her calling log (although, these smart phones are probably much different than the old one's right?) I am curious if someone could have looked at her logs and was able to see the "password" she used to get into voicemail. Might have to do some googling later.

So just this one little article of " evidence " should this be CONFIRMED with phone company, or whatever/whoever satisfies the judge/jury:thinking:

What does this tell us? What does SIXTEEN DELETED phone calls to TH's VM, tell us?

Thinking back to a few days ago when 2 of the *67 calls were PROOF.

Proof to some, to many, that TH was LURED to Averys & TWO *67 calls SCREAMED evidence of this:thinking:
Mind you, the *67 calls, were NOT deleted off of the RECORDS that were so conveniently printed for Kratz.

Thoughts?
IMO, 16 deleted VM from the time TH was last seen & Officially reported missing seems a bit " off "
Correct me if I'm wrong, Steve Avery didn't have her password. Can't finger him for this one, right?

Remember the map that we could see in the newsweek article a few months ago? someone placed it over a map (matched up the roads), and this is what they got.

Our place is further up north (Marinette County) (which I personally think is nicer)..but yes I think the Manitowoc area is very nice too. Sure beats where I live now...LOL (too much traffic)

Had a great weekend~~lots of family up there this weekend! I enjoyed it and will cherish the moments!

Well, it looks to be correct...I'll go back and look at it again. I didn't see them that close though...

Sure looks correct to me....you can see the river flowing down and the Devil's River just east of that. Roads look to be in the right spot. I wonder if the one east of I-43 is the 219 tower and the one west the 211 tower....well, now that you mention it...I will post my goodies.
