Can you imagine having been there at the same time and place as this brutal murderer? I know it would haunt me forever, so many aspects of it. And she's been in her head since November 2022. I feel for this woman so much -- no one would want to find themselves in the middle of this and to be under this amount of pressure. I hope that she is being cared for, and I have no doubt that she will be prepped and protected to the best of their ability (and that it hasn't come out until now might be a testament to that). Also, how did it happen to come out? How did it turn up on that youTube channel?

Not protected under the gag order. Nothing to do with the BK case, except that she mentioned it. Public/media request, asked for and got.

Granted I merely scanned this, except for Dateline, these are old claims. Filed two months before trial? Her claims are all longitudinal -- they were equally true when she accepted the Court's schedule for trial, many months ago (November, 2024, I think).

She said all this at that hearing.

Why didn't she make this motion right after the judge ordered the trial dates?

It rings hollow.

I feel the same way about all of the witnesses, especially the surviving roommates and families, but also including LE, Crime Scene Investigators, Coroner and all of the people who had to bear witness to the horror BK inflicted in that house.

I think BK will be sitting there humming a happy tune in his head cause' he's important, all eyes on him now.

This pretty much confirms that AT is lawyering right now only to try and get rid of the death penalty.
She knows he’s guilty and knows all the evidence against him. BK must be preventing her from negotiating.

I'm in the Bryan Kohberger hearing now.He is in here with his attorneys. Prosecution also here. Waiting on judge.

Bryan Kohberger's lawyer Anne Taylor says the trial must be delayed to protect Kohberger's rights.She is talking about discovery delays and says they are not prepared to go to trial.Also talking about media issues.

Judge Hippler will take the motion for continuance under advisement, and issue written ruling in short order., but told the attorneys to be prepared for it to start on Aug 11.

Kohberger judge is not deciding today officially on whether to delay the trial -- but he just said:

"Fully encourage everyone to continue to get ready for the trial when it is scheduled."

"It is likely you are going to trial on the date indicated."

He will issue a written order.
