So Flores, computer forensics guy, and JM are what would be needed at minimum to keep this a secret....if not more ppl. That would be really really really difficult. And for what purpose? Frame a girl they don't know to make a guy they don't know look more like a victim? Say what?;? Nurmi will just do anything to get off this case. This is a nightmare for any crime victim and their family...and I think this goes beyond the CA trial shenanigans

If the DT can get this down and dirty, what's to stop them from creating /tampering with evidence? This DT with its total lack of integrity has clean hands? Why does no one question the lengths to which they might go?

His motion says it will take WEEKS to review what's on the hard drive, and that JACK 's experts can't testify as to TA's full perversions without (inferring) reviewing the resulting report.

JM is going to jump all over that 6/10/08 date, it makes Nurmi's scenario impossible. And that the analysis isn't complete, and won't be until after the retrial is over so she doesn't know what she doesn't know? Let's hope tweeters are allowed for the evidentiary hearing (although I doubt it) but I'd like to read a full accounting of what Nurmi says he has, to me it reads like baloney.

Yes, the court is supposed to believe that LE tampered with the hard drive but the defense expert didn't, this late (and desperate) in the game.:facepalm:

Her laptop was "hidden" in the laundry basket and wasn't "taken" during the robbery at grandpa's. That was May 28th?

Jodi also claims that her defense team didn't think a photo of Travis chasing a naked four year old boy wasn't relevant to her case. This was in her interview after the guilty verdict.

The dates of the alleged access of websites listed here are suspicious. They are all 5/28 and after. 5/28 was after Jodi made the decision to murder Travis. And, again, she was messing with his computer that day. So Travis just decided to start wathving on May 28th? Something stinks.

So the question is:

Did LE purposefully alter evidence? I think it's highly unlikely but we'll see what happens and what Juan's rebuttal to this is.

Isn't May 25/26 the days Travis texted her threatening to expose her for something real bad, called her a sociopath, and also stated she was the "worse thing that ever happened to him"?

Well, the good news is that those dates are mighty suspicious indeed. The bad news is that they were recovered after attempts to delete files, if this story is to believed.

If LE did delete, then the obviously suspicious activity was never investigated to see when and how 1000's of files magically appeared on his HD.

If Jodi's story of him watching child were true, why would she change her story, with the assistance of ALV and Dr. Samuels, to say she'd never said that and it was actually hard pictures and not the computer and the idea she said it was him on the computer was a mischaracterization? What the hell is going on here?

The only thing I can think of is her story about not wanting to expose Travis. :eyeroll:
