Allegedly finding 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on his computer isn't the big deal. Allegedly finding child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is the bigger deal, but the real problem is that Nurmi is accusing LE of tampering with evidence by deleting the alleged files.

Exactly. It's a triple bonus score for the killer who murdered her victim three times over.

1. She gets in another blow to Travis and especially to his family. *see? Travis was a pervert and a pedophile and was abusive to ME (holds up finger Travis injured after she discussed his attraction to boys in spidey undies)

2. She takes a swing at Flores. *Who does he think he is? Just because I lied to him over and over again he thinks he can come into court and contest MY claim that I defended myself against an abusive pedophile?*

3. She saves this jugular slash for Juan Martinez. *you want to spar with me Mr. Prosecutor? I can file a motion using malware found on a computer, accuse you of having your buddy Flores purposefully hiding exculpatory evidence and potentially walk out the front door of the courthouse before Thanksgiving because of YOUR misconduct toward ME*

It doesn't work that way. Your computer has an IP address with your ISP.

That IP address shows the location of you at any website.

The only way this is possible, is if Jodi created a CD of 🤬🤬🤬🤬 images prior to her going to Mesa, then downloading them onto his computer while she was there on Jun4.

And sessions are easily 'proxied' to mask the ISP and IP address.

All this sure helps explain why she destroyed her own HD. I'm with those who think she sent him malware after he texted that nasty gram to her.

I doubt she tried to remove the virus while there. She probably thoroughly enjoyed her act of revenge while hearing Travis complain his computer was infected.

You don't have to wipe a hard drive to get rid of 🤬🤬🤬🤬. All it is is just files.

You must overwrite the original files in order to permanently 'delete' them.

Otherwise they are easily 'undeleted'/recovered, as the especially cruel lying torture murderess learned the hard way.

We need to know the dates when LE first examined the Compaq. It was taken on June 10 , and presumably turned on then because there is allegedly activity on that day.

If LE saw a virus warning that day, what would they do? Certaintky not run an antivirus program without preserving the HD intact as it was.

Was it left untouched until June of following year?

The antivirus software itself does all the work. They may have done nothing at all. They would just see a "message" like was described that some sort of "malware or infected files or virus" was found and the Antivirus software deleted it for them.

If Travis had a good Antivirus software on his PC, then LE probably didnt do anything at all except turn it on and see the mssage bout it. Files were deleted by the Antivirus utilty.

She could also do it with a small thumb drive, yes? I use one all the time, just not for 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

Nurmi is desperate and it shows. I don't how a convicted admitted killer is going to pull this off.

The hard drive was examined by DT before the retrial began.....when JACK was pro per. Examined at her insistence.

And Nurmi waited until now to mention this? Really?

Yep, and if anyone believes JA couldn't plant the 🤬🤬🤬🤬, then they don't know JACK!

Right, and if the Malware/Virus updated the automatic screen saver or had something else unique about it, she would know she was successful when he began to describe it to her.

I think she did BOTH. I think she sent him an email with a virus link (that most likely happened to her first...LOL). And I also think she tried to copy more crap to his computer while she was there. Either with thumb drive or CD.

We already know she took the time to mess with his camera while she was there during the killing. I have no doubt she tried to do more sabatage to his PC while there that day.

Have friend who does high power IT consulting work. Am texting with him now with questions...

That's a good point. Didn't she physically destroy the hard drive in her computer so that nothing could be recovered from it? What reason would be she have for doing that? Other than this that is?

  • #833
You don't/didn't have to be physically present with the computer to operate it -- then as now.

That is so true. There is software to access the computer remotely. A lot work from home that way.

The killer was not in AZ on those mystery dates and she also said she was not in AZ when Travis was slaughtered. Even if the 🤬🤬🤬🤬 story is true, I doubt it, the killer did kill Travis.

"Jodie Arias, the Virus that never stops Attacking!

https://twitter.com/ktbug1027/status/532196760488144896

When Arias testified during the guilt phase, she told a story of Travis being angry with her and accusing her of installing a virus on his computer. It could be that this is one story that Jodi may not be lying about.

I understand that the defense has a job to do, but this is outrageous. Of course their computer expert would know these sites are not real sites. It only took a few hours for non-computer experts to figure it out. He accuses the police department and therefore the State of purposely deleting all of these files in 2009. Now knowing that they were a virus, it is highly probable that some type of routine virus check deleted the files. The State will have a computer expert clear this up and yet again it will be much ado about nothing, however, the defense will have succeeded in delaying these proceeding once again with their smoke and mirrors.

Does anyone have a link-- that still works -- to JACK's 12 page motion to fire Nurmi? She listed in it the "leads" she thought Nurmi had blown off. Want to see what if anything she said then about TA's hard drive.

Oh, yes, JACK and JM came to some kind of "arrangement" not long ago, to further her claims of abuse and 🤬🤬🤬🤬, imo. Tuba noted a new conciliatory relationship had begun. It'd be interesting indeed to see how many of the bullets she presented as "leads" now coming out of one side of Nurmi's mouth in her defense.

There are also "Parental Privacy Settings" and "Parental Software" that usually comes free with PC's. If Travis had installed this type of software on his PC, those type of utility softwares can also AUTOMATICALLY delete browser favorite settings and/or update your computer to prevent certain 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Related websites from being accessed. They are mainly used to prevent the children in your family from accessing 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites. Travis could have even had this sort of thing turned on for his PC.

In addition, most every PC comes with Anti-virus software that automatically deletes "bad or infected files". Travis would most likely have some sort of antivirus software on his PC.
I really suspect that some antivirus software automatically deleted the crap Jodi tried to put on his PC.

I dont see anything that LE would have done purposely, and especially if they did not use experts when first accessing his computer, they may have not realized the extent of what was deleted automatically. They may have just seen "messages".

My PC catches crap like this about once a month because I use a good Antivirus software.
Its the very first thing you need to do when buying a new PC. Install it and always keep it updated.
I use Norton Antivirus and pay a yearly fee because I like it.
There are good free ones out there also, but I like Norton personally.

This is why it is so important that LE use highly skilled IT professionals so they can document the events of document everything. If they didnt mention to the defense that these things happened, then I can see the defense trying to twist everything all around on them.

Wasn't there a USB cord with what appeared to be a blood smear on it found in the office? Also the screen from the window in his office was found on the ground. Not sure if these were ever addressed but I remember mentions of these from way back.

Yes, both were as you stated, and no, I don't recall either being brought up during the guilt phase. No clue why that was but I have pics of both.

"@courtchatter: BREAKING: 🤬🤬🤬🤬 sites listed in #JodiArias defense motion are KNOWN trojan horse viruses FACT."

Worth repeating.

This is old, but, maybe something like this happened?? A dormant Trojan??

From answer #11:
Pranksters or someone trying to frame you can tap viruses to make it appear that you surf illegal Web sites.

Sorry, this is probably just weird, but the defense crap is getting old.

@MsErinMurray: Just so I'm clear - Flores deleted 🤬🤬🤬🤬 files on Travis Alexander's computer to refute a story that #jodiarias hadn't made up yet. Okay....
