I would think a juror has a responsiblity to inform the court in advance of any appointments that could cause any delays to a trial, but then again this isn't a normal trial. argh <sigh>

Forget the brace. What happened to her hair and how did she get highlights? Did she cry to the judge that her gray didn't line up with a "young girl?" She had eyeliner on the other day, which could have been from her pencils. But, there is no way she could get those highlights from being outside 1 hour a day? Maybe it's the camera angle or no shower/greasy hair day. Odd. Sorry to quote her pic. Maria is looking a little rough. Didn't even recognize her.

While we are waiting for the jury to be dismissed :facepalm:, I thought I'd point out that there is no way she has highlights. She's just going grey, and fast! With all the delays she and Nurmi are orchestrating, she is going to look like Donkey from Shrek when the trial is over. :laugh:

Wondering why JA decided to come today - they knew it was only to dismiss the jury for a week. So now she gets to sit in that holding cell the rest of the day until the bus takes her back? Her little chats w/ MDLR must be really important business!

I really hope Nurmi seeks out a lot of help in writing the motion for the COA- you know, the reason why the trial has been postponed for the rest of the week. It was embarassing to watch him NOT BE ABLE to cite case law yesterday during the hearing. How does an attorney forget to write that kinda stuff down...especially when he's arguing for a delay in front of a judge?

Apparently #JodiArias was filmed talking to someone at the defense table and it was broadcast. Nurmi is angry. Camera guys say nothing new

Ha, I guessed it! They said the court PIO was called and has now approached the tv room. My guess was they were worried about people reading MDLR lips. So now we get this:
