Wondering why JA decided to come today - they knew it was only to dismiss the jury for a week. So now she gets to sit in that holding cell the rest of the day until the bus takes her back? Her little chats w/ MDLR must be really important business!

Ya know, it struck me as I watched yesterday's hearing with them chitchatting away in the courtroom. It must come with the job, but how on earth do you just sit and chat like teenagers with someone who butchered another human being???

JA was speaking with Maria yesterday. It was available to watch on video. No big deal. Someone was standing in front of them trying to block them but was very unsuccessful

People did comment that they were laughing. I don't think they were really laughing but not sad.

OK, I missed something...why does JA have a brace on her arm??

1. Carpal tunnel Syndrome, she is writing her dissertation 'dead men walking'

3. Attention, she lifted her hand on the back of her head and appeared to give us the finger once again in yesterdays hearing video.

Is Nurmi whining about the video from yesterday? Where JA and her BFF were laughing and chatting intently @ the defense table? Um . . . . whatever. Yes she was shown in court with her jail stripes - we all know she is in jail. If her Mitigation expert is not familiar with a camera in the courtroom might take video of what you are saying - you might wanna cover your mouth if you are so inclined.

Im also wondering about this "White Noise" thingamajoo I keep hearing about. Is there really a machine that does that to prevent people from hearing the sidebar discussions?

If so, wow. Really does want to keep everything secret.

Agree. I'm over the idea that she's in bed with the defense. She is just doing what she feels is right. She got a sturdy reminder the other day that she doesn't have to go SO far in getting the defendant a fair trial and I'm sure she gets that now. Nothing else needs to be done. Let clearer heads prevail. If she was so biased, she'd have done a lot more to make sure Jodi won. It's absurd.

Just out of curiosity- what could she have done?

One might hope it's from slapping herself silly for having slaughtered then slandered someone and refusing to accept any responsibility for her actions. Somehow, I doubt it though.
