Even if he was, it seems legit to me: naked pictures of Jodi were pretty important pieces of evidence from the washing machine camera. What clues might tell the truth about what could have happened between the short time the naked pictures were taken and the vicious bloody murder of Travis Alexander?

She had access to his computer quite often before she killed him as well IMO. She spent most of her time while living in AZ at his home. She snuck in when he wasn't there. She "cleaned" for him when he wasn't home. She lived there for a number of days with all of her belongings in a U-Haul before heading back to CA when he didn't ask her to just stay on in AZ and move in with him.

I've heard nothing about TA's computer in the past couple of weeks that indicate that it was password protected in any way. Pretty sure that would have been brought up when the defence wanted to view the evidence if they couldn't get into the computer because of the password protection. So I believe the computer, which wasn't even new when he got it, was accessible to a LOT of people who lived in and visited his home. I cannot believe that this is even an issue.

I also can't believe that they've gone through all this for the possibility of one search for a site called YouPorn. Again not necessarily searched by TA and nothing to do with child porn. I heard nothing other than some list of site names that BN submitted off lord knows what copy of what HD that even indicate that viruses may have been hitting on ADULT porn sites.

So as both experts testified in the original trial there was no porn ON the computer. There were no downloaded photos or videos and no proof that TA even watched anything from this one possible YouPorn site that MAY have been typed in manually. I wish they'd have thrown out the date and time that was supposed to have occurred because I'm sure the amazing sleuths here would be able to tell if TA was even at home that day or if JA was there alone.

To be honest I doubt very much that most men that I know could claim such a clean computer. And just because they may have downloaded an ADULT nekkie photo or two doesn't mean that some sociopath stalker has the right to slaughter them because of it.

I see that JM's question about if former Atty Maria got permission from the judge to do interviews went right over Kiefer's head, reporters don't need permission but a witness might if there was a gag order. Bottom line Maria should have known she shouldn't have given the interview.

But don't you know, she got permission off Nurmi & Wilmott to do the interviews. The 2 people that claim the media is interfering in their case LOL

EXACTLY. Juan had good reason to search for naked Jodi pix because they were trying to ascertain the a actual date/times of the pix she left behind. It was always a question if she copied those pix onto his camera from earlier pix of them. If Juan had found the same exact shots from an earlier date--what a goldmine. So Nurmi was just being obnoxious and twisted the way he stated that insult. jmo

I mean, you're right. But I doubt Juan would have been looking for such a thing at that point in time. This was the DT's baby, he was just there to observe, thus Flores' testimony that he just sat in the corner taking notes and the investigator's testimony that he never saw Juan touching the computer. The defense are the ones who wanted to see it for their own reasons. I can't imagine what reason Juan would have to jump in and start doing some snooping of his own then, just for the heck of it. The idea that he just sat taking notes sounds way more accurate. If he ever was interested in the photos on Travis' computer, in general not just pornographic ones (and I can't imagine his goal would ever be to target naked pics of Jodi) he would have had an expert look for that stuff. He wouldn't be looking himself. And he wouldn't have looked through the actual computer.

I still don't quite understand what precisely her job is. So far, she's acted as CMJA's minder and pr person, which I assume is not in the job description. Can anyone explain just what exactly she's supposed to actually do?

Why would a couple rebuilding trust exchange passwords? That's not trust, that's snooping! A healthy couple would just trust each other and give each other space and respect. That's how you build a solid relationship. In Arias' world, rebuilding trust = snooping, stalking and generally doing everything that would suggest that there is no trust/respect at all!

I read the opinion from the AZ Court of Appeals. It was disturbing that they only used the misconduct by the Detective and they did NOT consider if Debra Milke was guilty!! That was scary to read this. MO But I know that is the way the law is used.

This trial has turned into the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen including on soap operas. How anyone sits in there with a straight face…I would be kicked out for giggling. And I'm saying THAT with a straight face! I've always been dismissive of Jennifer Willmot's lawyerly talents, but after today I just can't figure out how she teaches trial strategies to other lawyers! I'm not being facetious here, I'm serious. I guess it's kind of like when I go to other horse trainer clinics and symposiums and figure even if I'm learning what NOT to do I'm learning something. Shrug.
