What IYO might have been found that is discovery related?

To me, the only thing would be child and I seriously doubt any was found.

Unless it is to say was found and they are filing because it was initially believed there was none to find? That may not be discovery related but it might be something they would want to disclose anyway.

After all this wondering, we will probably find out it is something routine that doesn't amount to much. Just because it is under seal does not mean it is important...not in a case where most everything is under seal.

Oh, I think it's just probably the malware log files that had those links describing sites that were deleted. Nothing of consequence, more than likely, just covering the issue raised by testimony in first trial vs what may have recently been found in the logs?

Hmm the envelope with the cd's? What Jodi said she brought to Mesa with her for Travis to see. and couldn't they because it just clicked but didn't do anything. Did Travis get it fixed?

Jodi said that she stood and watched Travis for IIRC about forty five seconds before her presence was known. Naps didn't notice her or react to her as she stood there. In one crime scene photo there is a screen off the window propped against the wall.

The original owner of the laptop was DeAnna Reid, and I don't see her and pron. I can't remember if she gave or sold the laptop to him. She is/was listed as owner/ad, Travis never changed it.

It was a Christmas present for Travis. She can't remember what year.

LOL I was just going to post the same thing!! My questions would be is this old news or new news and is it accurate? If so do you think that this will cause even further delays on the part of the defense?

Yes...Teleka's tweet count reached approximately 24,000 in a 12 or so month time period. One WS member described her twitter feed as " A Wall of Words".

I believe it was Nosey Parker who had wanted to know how CMJA"s artwork (lol) was leaving the jail.

I don't know about the rules at Sheriff Joe's jail, but here in Louisiana inmates can fill out a request for one of their visitors to take some of their property home. They can send drawings, cards, clothing, magazines, and books home. Whatever the property consists of, the visitor receives it at the end of the visit.

Most commissaries sell legal size envelopes to the inmates and they will use them for either legal paperwork or to send artwork (lol) home. You would be absolutely shocked at how many budding artists there are in jail and prisons.

Inmates will pay these so-called artists with commissary items or favors to draw birthday cards, valentine cards, or other types of cards for them. This is the same with anyone who has really good handwriting. Some inmates can write almost exactly like calligraphy.

2) Did she ask the hated media photographer for permission to trace and sell it?

If the pic was in a newspaper, that could be where CMJA got the pic to trace. here in Louisiana, inmates can subscribe to newspapers and receive them when the mail is passed out.

That's what I got when Google but kind I couldn't line it up on how it would fit. Think it might be about Neumiester as the court witness not testifying on Tuesday. Guessing.:thinking:

Do you think maybe she watched him through the window and then got herself in? Was TA's back to the window?
