Basically Clancy got wasted at that event and was kind of well, basically, falling down drunk and Travis was sort of helping her get somewhere and she was leaning on him/he was holding her up. Jodi perceived this as CLancy hanging all over Travis and cornered her in the bathroom confronting her not letting her leave bulleting her with questions about her intentions etc. Clancy is married btw.

What I remember is CMJA saying she thought it be funny if she took a pic of Clancy drunk and showed it to C's boss the next day.

Sent chills down my spine, the casual cruelty in that remark.

Hopefully I'll get up and remember there isn't any trial stuff tomorrow.

Is that the page that ripped off my photo and cropped me out of it claiming it was one of theirs? That would be "Gypsywoman" aka Mikal Anne aka another word I can't say on here without getting in trouble.

I dunno. Followed the wee trail of info crumbs and ended up there. Didn't stay to look around.

I know I said it earlier but I just have to say it again, I cannot believe we have 1 trial day this week. Who was keeping the schedule? I'm curious to see how many actual court days we've had since Nurmi took over.

---PS, just remembered another gem DR F said. She actually looked at the jury and said "don't be distracted by Juans style". Unreal. I expected Miley Cyrus to come swinging into the courtroom on DR Fs big shiny balls after that statement.

Hiya Becky, cold enough for you yet? I ventured outside tonight quickly and nearly froze my arse off. Brrrrrr! <3

Yes, Nash! I took my dog out for his late-night pee and watched him prance on the cold pavement indeed. Brrrrrr for all of us!

But there is. The 🤬🤬🤬🤬 on the computer hearing and the last one on this issue was open to the media so we might actually get live tweets.

haha it's ok, it was a question for the purpose of just venting that again. She put it on two pages and when I made a comment about requesting she ask permission to use this photo and crop it, she banned me. She's a, well, very unusual individual. (met her the very first day I went to court)

Whoa. My whole post was ONLY about the lack of seeing any consideration from JSS for the juror's service time as all these delays happen, and which I have seen other trials where judges do acknowledge and appreciate the jurors time and service. I even mentioned that it could be the tweeters are just not tweeting and maybe it did happen and we just did not hear about it.

Other than that, I am not sure why you brought up about vigilante mob mentality about "killing her" because I totally disagree with that and have not seen that here on WS at all.

I do think a lot of us are like minded in believing the self-admitted killer Jodi should get justice and since the DP is being pursued by the prosecuter then that is 1 likely outcome, especially with the horrendous defense team approach of attacking the victim and the victim's family, it would seem that the jury may not like that and may just give her the DP. A lot of people also feel LWOP would be justice as well for the self admitted killer and I have seen that expressed many times as well.

Hatfield,

I really didn't mean to imply that you are looking for vigilante justice. Really. And, now that I've reread my earlier post, I see that it implied you were looking for such. I truly didn't mean that.

I do, however, maintain what I wrote about a citizen's duty. Truce? :truce:

I don't necessarily trust these pages either. They are run by people who steal Jen's tweets and put other tweeters names on them, report information without giving sources, and play dramatic games. I'm not surprised that happened to you, that's their MO. They also like to act like they've gotten a scoop that trumps other scoops even though they are not in the know.

"You're the worst thing that ever happened to me." Are you kidding that neither Jodi nor the snotty Dr. F figured out why he was upset? Dr. saying Travis was ranting for hours because he was so disgusted and disappointed in Jodi's character, and she's doesn't bother to figure out why, but discusses how long he supposedly ranted. Jodi never figured out why either...yeah sure...that's not important, only that Travis was upset for a long time. Jodi only cares about herself, and didn't even gather why Travis was upset? What is wrong with her? Is it just me or will the jurors also find that twilight zone strange? What new, low, and evil thing did Jodi do to upset Travis that much? He certainly tried to convey it to her.

That'd do it, so would stealing his diaries, planting stuff on his computer-🤬🤬🤬🤬 or viruses, or going to the Bishop. She did many things to betray his trust.
Travis had her number- she was the WORST thing that ever happened to him, and wasn't far off from being an ax-murderer, and was a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬/🤬🤬🤬🤬. It wasn't "abuse", it was true!!

You forgot his car(bmw?)... the one she bought from him when she left Arizona and promptly blew the transmission by towing it in gear behind her moving truck. That's what the payments were for iirc, and from the sounds of it, they were likely bouncing.

The way the question was asked definitely suggests this juror, at least, understands Travis was upset about something Jodi had done to him and wasn't just ranting. That's significant.

True, that's why I think the "scammed me" remark involved something to do with money. jmo

Gypsywoman? Oh vey! I remember her from the first trial, pictures and all. Wouldn't trust a thing she says. Bat-chit. JMO

Yep it's frustrating alright, but I want every teeny detail covered so there's no chance of an appeal issue. I don't want Jodi to see the light of day outside the bondage of incarceration.

JMO - the good ole defense witness sunk herself. Many of the jurors questions could be taken either way. I believe some of the questions may have been from the beginning of the testimony and it was probably cleared up before Juan got to cross Dr. F. Dr. F was annoying, aggressive and downright belligerent. This will NOT go unnoticed. Very kind to the defense and lost all objectivity with the prosecution. Even if a few of the jurors took her word as gospel, there are others to clearly show them the right path during deliberations. Dr. F is a hired gun with an obvious agenda. Again, this will not go unnoticed. I, for one, am happy Juan allowed her to show her true colors, a paid hack with an agenda! For a juror to think that the good "doc" didn't know what that email and/or JA didn't provide her an answer, is ludicrous. If the doc didn't ask JA what it was about, then she looks even more foolish. I remember when we were all concerned about every single question from the previous jury, yet we really had nothing to worry about. They "got it." (except that one I will not comment on) Furthermore, the question from the juror about the pedophile claim was brilliant. This juror knows for a fact that NO woman would be with a guy who they walked in on masturbating to a young boy. Their sex life would be OVER! You don't go back to a "normal" relationship with that kind of person, let along move to be near them. Also, it was brilliant that Juan asked why Travis would be looking at a young boy, yet would be talking about a 12 year old girl on the phone conversation. Especially, since JA would have already been aware of the "boy" photo. The jury, in their questions, were quite clear they knew that Travis had "normal" relationships with other women and NOT ONE OF THEM had a bad thing to say about him. Period. Even Deanna, who was in the longest relationship, remained friends with Travis and thought JA was cray-cray. The jury also knew the Hughes email was a spur of the moment, out of character type email. They clearly stated an email would have been different to Travis if it had been closer to his death.

I may have lost my faith in JS, but I haven't lost faith in Juan and I certainly haven't lost faith in the jury. I believe, at the end of the day, they saw things exactly as we saw it today, just a SHAM of a hired "expert." All I have to say is NEXT!! Bring it. Juan Martinez hasn't even begun with this jury. His witnesses will be professional, mature, will not show an agenda to either side and it will be a breath of fresh air. The jury will not remember this "doc". She and her outrageous testimony will be irrelevant at the end of the day.

I may have even had some hope for JSS at the end of the day, since she started not allowing side bars and overruled all of Nurmi's objections...jury is still out on that one.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Travis's family. I do not know how they do it. Travis must be incredibly proud of the restraint and class they show each and every single day. :heartbeat:

ETA: What the hello does any of this have to do with JA driving to Arizona, pre-planning the murder and making up a million stories to cover her behind. NOTHING. There is NO justification for Travis's murder. How is any of this a mitigating factor? She really should have been remorseful and thrown herself on the mercy of the court. She is further trashing Travis Alexander and so did her expert. Gutting, snuffing out? Really? JA did those things to Travis Alexander. Why would any defense witness use those words? It will be used against them...there is no way those words will be used in favor of saving JA's life.

The date of this is the most important. I hope the jury will see that it is two days before the gun is stolen. (Thanks to Beth)

Just popping in but I think the lack of cameras has created a carelessness in JSS. This is not the same judge that told alice to be there or else. And the DT has just went crazy with no leash in place.

I am disgusted by this example of disrespect shown to the victim and the court of law.

Help me out folks. I cant recall the name of Jodis ex. The older man she lived with in Ca. I would like to see JM question him on the stand. Nurmis last witness refered to Jodi as a child. Nurmi hopes some of the jurors would be against giving the DP to someone with childlike tendencies. Jodis ex testified in the trial. His description of Jodi during their relationship was anything but childlike. Hes much older than Jodi. He would not want people to believe he dated a woman who had the mind of a child. JM can use him for damage control. This is why I would like to see him on the stand.
