I'm so relieved JSS has ruled, and ruled so well.

Ironic, isn't it, that John Smith hammered the last blow for the defense concerning pornographic images and irrecoverable damage to the hard drive by Det. Flores.

I'm still wondering where Neumeister go the 60,000 number for 🤬🤬🤬🤬 links!

Maybe Neumeister got Travis' hard drive and his own mixed up. :blushing:

It's her ruling. She signed it. No doubt she has paralegals who did the research on the citings in the ruling as well. None of that makes it any less her ruling.
Exactly! Who cares who typed it up?

So should we now take bets on how long it will be before Nurmi files his NEXT motion.

I am betting it is before Friday night. A new motion, this time against something Juan did today in court. Maybe because he referred to himself in 3rd person? Or maybe he will complain that Flores would not say he recognized the voice on the audio tape? LOL

He's got papers due to the Supreme Court on Friday IIRC, and I don't think he has the capacity to do two things at once. I think more like he will inform Juan either at 4:57 pm on Sunday, or at 4:57 pm on the holiday Monday that he has a new witness to present the following court day and Juan should interview him before then.

Probably super-secret Tony's drive, too.

Who is "Cha Cha"? I have been following this trial since last year when it began and all these nicknames are confusing the heck out of me. I guess I should just scroll by all of the funny posts. "Cha Cha" is a new one for me so I had to ask.

Cha Cha is JA's mitigation specialist. Supposedly, allegedly, she goes by that nickname. HA HA HA HA HA!

From her ruling, bolded by me. This appeared on the next to the last page, page 15.

Looks as if JSS finally gets it. I wonder if she waited towards the end to actually inject it into the documents though, compliments of the AZ supreme court decision.
I think JSS has always "gotten it". She knew the COA would overturn her, so she didn't lose anything by giving in to Nurmi on the secret testimony. JSS released it to us yesterday, so no loss, only a delay for us on getting Jodi's lies.

Oh yea, she was upset because the mean guard searched her cell. Did she forget that she was found GUILTY of brutally murdering someone? She had better get used to having her cell searched and contraband taken away. :jail:

Also did she forget she was the one sneaking in Travis house, crawling in the doggie door, sleeping under his Christmas tree uninvited, storming in his friends house and refusing to leave. What does she think jail is her own private abode with servants. She mooched for years off everyone she met. Now she is mooching off AZ. and costing them millions. All I can say pay back sucks. LOL

Yea it's crossed my mind too, but I can't see him wanting to kill the golden goose. It's not like she's going anywhere anytime soon and other than perhaps having to put up with her occasional verbal diarrhea(is it once a week she'll be allowed calls/visits?) I don't see any downside to keeping it alive for years and years to come.

Except that Nurmi probably won't be her lawyer for the appeals. Geragos didn't. They have attorneys that specialize in that like AZLawyer.

No loss? What about this jury hearing hours of JA secret testimony lies without JM having an opportunity to challenge them unless she's foolish enough to continue testifying?

"Prosecutorial misconduct sufficient to justify reversal must be so pronounced and persistent that it permeates
the entire atmosphere of the trial."

I mean, come the hell on Nurmi.

IKR! I wish she'd found a way to reference the Milke case in her ruling. That would have been sweet poetic justice.

Martinez: #JodiArias had access to the computer didn't she?

A: yes.

It is official. Now the jury knows what everyone has been screaming from the roof top. JODI ARIAS f'd with Travis' computer. Eye rolls and NO questions for the witness. Translation........are we being punked .....they want to know.

I am beginning to believe that this judge is neutral after all. I tiptoed into GB's site and they absolutely think this judge is anti JA. Our side has opined that she is absolutely anti Juan. This must be a hairline row to hoe for a judge. I have decided to with hold judgement. I just think she has an impossible job that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

JM will get a chance to challenge her one way or another. Have faith. And this jury is hanging in there so far, they're invested. We haven't had a mistrial by juror attrition yet. It's almost over and the judge today told them to expect February.

Christopher Alexander?

Couldn't get the article to load, only the .pdf, but even Wilmott said this is a fraud, and it's the wrong jail address for Jodi.
