Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 5

One thing I have never understood is why JM did not ever mention the photography of TA with his father when he was a little boy and dressed in Spider-Man underwear. This is the photo that was in his closet right above the clothes next to the left of the door that goes I to the bathroom. In fact I remember JM using this photo as a point of reference when cross examining JA about her height and height of shelving, etc. It just seems so glaringly obvious to me that she pulled the little boy pedophile picture and Spider-Man underwear BS from this photo. I do not know how to post this picture. I have it saved in my photo file if someone could tell me how to post it. Or Google "Travis Alexander and his father as a little boy in Spider-Man underwear". I don't think he ever sent her anything and it sure wouldn't be SM.....which he didn't like anyway.

She is truly the biggest liar I have ever seen. I believe she can top even CA.

If he had really sent her something she would have still had it since she was obsessed with him. The SM undies never existed nor the candy either and that is why they never found the SM undies.

I am lot more 'relaxed' this time around. And I realize now that it was because she has already been found GUILTY. So it would be the cherry on top if she was given the Penalty of Death. But if not, she will spend the remainder of her pitiful so called life in :jail: Shrug.

I'm watching HLN right now. They just played some sound bites of his friends speaking about him.

One of his friends said if you came to him complaining about someone else, you'd leave feeling bad about it because Travis helped people to see the good in everyone.

This was Travis' beautiful but fatal "flaw." He always wanted to see the good in people including Jodi. The problem is not everyone has good in them. Jodi didn't. And it was only when he was being killed that he realized it.

It's just makes it that much more heartbreaking

The world needs more people like Travis and less like the killer. A wonderful quality ended up his death sentence . So sad.

Was the letter entered into evidence? IIRC phone records showed Travis didn't call JA that Valentine's Day.

Bill and Sandy can get up there and say they abused her, they've asked for and been given forgiven, so the jury should too.

I sure hope that happens because that would open the door to Juan bringing in their interviews where they say the opposite and she abused them.

IIRC the parents called the police to the house over JA's pot growing at age 14, which doesn't sound like the behavior of someone terrified of mom and dad.
