If you stopped and lay down and closed your eyes and played a video of these theories, you would see that they do not work. The Burke Theory is silly at best.
Do you remember being 9 years old and in the fourth grade? Okay, JonBenet wets the bed and crawls into a dry warm bed with her brother. That is normal. Or run down one flight of stairs and get the flashlight he gave his Dad for Christmas? Or does he sneak upstairs and get Daddy's hypothetical stun gun? Oh no! He does all three and then begs his Mom to write a stupid note in order to implicate herself. None of these crazy theories work. Patsy didn't write the note. I'm a REAL HANDWRITING EXPERT. Cina Wong had practically no training or experience and she said Patsy wrote the note. Cina Wong was charging $50 an hour but she told Lin Wood, Esq. that she was charging $150 an hour. How do I know? We were talking on the phone for over an hour - at that very time - and her phone didn't stop ringing. But no one wanted to pay her $50 an hour. She was severely hurting for business and did it solely for the publicity.
Even if John Ramsey Jr. had a hundred motives to kill JonBenet, NOT ONE MOTIVE has come to light. JonBenet was never raped with a penis. She was a virgin. He lived in a frat house. He was in Atlanta with HIS OWN MOTHER!
Maybe frat guys cover for each other, but NOT HIS MOTHER. JonBenet died from strangulation. The real perp was 26 years old, a woman, a borderline psychotic, a sexual submissive, with multiple personalities, who PLANNED the crime, planted the evidence, took some of it with her, and left the EXPLAINER NOTE with the first four letters of her last name 10 times.

Where do I start visualising with your female intruder, does she walk in through the front door, up the stairs and invite JonBenet down for a pineapple snack, then what next ?

Is this female intruder making some kind of sexual statement by dressing JonBenet in oversized underwear? Why does she wipe the flashlight clean, did she pose JonBenet, and take photographs, why the overstatement in the use of violence when a hand over the mouth is sufficient?

One does not need a motive to kill accidentally, doing sexual masturbation, too much to drink etc. ie no penile penetration with the 'blankie' ceremonies, imop. Perhaps convulsions, the noticeable bruise on the neck to stimulate the carotid artery in resusitation attempt to stop convulsions from 'the accident'. You might wish to check obstetrical procedures for successful operation/s on the carotid artery to stop childhood convulsions. I no longer have the link and the pictures, but I found it searching on internet.

Your perp would have brought her own note, imop. Perhaps letters cut from a magazine er newspaper ad, and pasted on a hunk of pretty paper taken from a Lord and Taylor shopping bag. Hmmm.

Petechial hemorrhaging (Hemorrhages that occur in minute points beneath the skin, appearing as pinpoint, nonraised, perfectly round, purplish red spots, caused by intradermal or submucous hemorrhaging) was present as indicated in the autopsy, which means JonBenet had to be alive with her heart pumping at the time of the head blow, and the two most likely causes of death with this evidence present would be either suffocation or strangulation. If she had been dead there would be no hemorrhaging. The bruising on the neck probably narrows the choices down to strangulation.



(Just a dumb point, but John Andrew Ramsey, is not John Ramsey Jr. He would have had to be named John Bennett Ramsey to achieve the Jr. status.)

JAR might not have been an official Jr., but he was a chip off the old block.

I wasn't able to get any results under Petechial hemorrhaging as a search criteria on that site Camper, so I don't actually know what you are trying to counter, could you please explain?

Your link accessed a "Common Causes" section, but common causes of what? "Treating an unconscious casualty"? That is not the same thing as Petechial hemorrhaging from a head blow, and I thought the question was "was she dead when the head blow occurred, which was why I supplied the petechial information.

I also wasn't getting into "personalities" or what anyone thought JAR "acted" like, I simply corrected the statement "John Ramsey Jr." by Big Apple Detective.

Petechial hemorrhages can occur when you are alive and even if you stay alive. You can cough violently and cause petechial hemorrhages on your face and eyes (really, red bloodshot eyes). The petechial hemorrhages she had were from the strangulation, which means she was alive when she was being strangled.

The reason I think the head blow was an after fact, is because of the small amount of bleeding in the head. I guess it is really hard to say for sure which came first because there are many scenarios we could tinker with here. As she was being choked, they could have whacked her in the head and done both almost simultaneously (while in the choking state, the carotid artery could have been cut off by the garotte???? who knows?).

Nevertheless, I just don't think it fits with the theory of Patsy violently striking her in the head or causing a strike to her head and then the strangulation staging occurring. I mean IF she did cause the head blow, realized she had killed her, I think she would have been hysterical for at least a few minutes hugging the child, screaming, etc. Then she would have had to have become somewhat clearer in the mind from the hysterical shock the minutes before to think of this staging and it would have taken, IMO, at least 20 minutes or more from the time she killed her till the time she got her down to the basement to set this up. There would not have been enough blood flowing to cause those petechial hemorrhages from the garotte by that time. IMO

This thread is about My Theory, and pointing out the lacks in the investigation concerning JAR, my prime suspect.

Patsy in My Theory, only wrote the note and helped cover for another person.

As to the link about strangulation etc. Early on in the case, much discussion was done on this forum about whether JonBenet died from the head blow or the asphyxiation.

The link provides information about loss of oxygen causing convulsions and loss of consciousness. WE meaning all sleuthers/non professional crime solvers, do NOT know how long the death process took, how many convulsions she may have had prior to unconsciousness. Many unknown factors here.

My thought is that when she finally was dead from the strangulation/lack of oxygen however all of that took place, that the familial perp, must have been jolted by the happening, (and as Patsy said on CNN, the killer must have confided in another person) and that the blow to the head came about (and was delivered by another person) as a finality to COVER for the original crime of sexual abuse. AKA now therein called 'the perp'.
