In an interview Wednesday, Bland said Mullen acted properly and that she was misled by Murdaugh, Fleming and Westendorf.

So I'm guessing then that taking a defendant's name off a lawsuit's filed documents is normal business and it happens regularly.

Judge was either in with them on the scheme ( makes little sense) or so very intimidated by them that she suspended her own Legal knowledge and went with their pushing it thru, or she was blackmailed, or she was under the influence of a mind altering substance while on the bench.
