Yep.... Something is breaking on this mess of a case....mooThis is a strange area to search, and just has to be based on a tip.
Hopefully it’s based on a confession.

I'm wondering if video shows a car and/or person on foot in that large open area (fair grounds or something like that?)I betcha they know who did this and they are looking for the murder weapon...moo
There seems to be a Trailer Park to the left of that Fairgrounds search area, as you are looking straight on , in the early part of that video.....I wonder now if this possibly was just a darn tool and petty cash burglary gone real bad....mooI'm wondering if video shows a car and/or person on foot in that large open area (fair grounds or something like that?)

Good article, Gordian. And, apparently, Adam F’s wife works there and she also returned to work today.
Adam F.'s wife is not mentioned in the article. The owner's wife is. The owner was Robert Fakler.
"Fakler’s wife and company co-owner Jackie Fakler returned to work Wednesday as a police officer monitored the parking lot. She and other workers declined comment, saying they were dealing with a difficult time."
Well at least we now know her whereabouts. There is no information on her location while all of this was happening, right?Adam F.'s wife is not mentioned in the article. The owner's wife is. The owner was Robert Fakler.

I need to correct the part about Adam F’s wife. I apologize.
It might be as straightforward as there are checks or business documents to sign, etc. Or maybe only she/deceased husband have access to locked areas, etc. and she needed to show up physically to take care of some things. She might also need to take an assessment/inventory of what condition the business is in and how to delegate or coordinate operations with so many people now gone. With four people now gone, that leaves many tasks that need to be handled by someone else, and it would be her decision to on how that will happen.Well at least we now know her whereabouts. I'm stunned that she's able to go to work 2 days after her husband and employees were killed. I'm not being negative - I'm truly stunned that she has the courage and the desire. I hope this is helpful to them all in healing from this tragedy.

What does alarm me is the silence; need for tight lips more than two days later. Is there the potential for another life to be at stake?
Generally, it’s easy for us to gauge what is going on in an investigation, when we are talking about a police department in a large town or city.IMO this extreme secrecy now boils down into two options:
a) the police know exactly who did this and need the silence to not alert them and build their case while an arrest warrant is imminent
b) the police really have no idea, the scene has been compromised to an embarrassing point (see JBR case) and they have no idea how to communicate that without looking bad
Their daughter works there as well, as bookkeeper.I'm thinking that Mrs F may have been at home. If they have children it may have been best to have someone at home in the mornings. (breakfast, getting them off to school, daycare etc.) I'm sure she's suffering greatly. Having a support system of other people who are also affected can be helpful during grief. JMO
I've also had a Todd Kohlhepp vibe since I first read about these murders.I see what you mean.
I get more of a Todd Kohlhepp vibe. Todd Kohlhepp and Superbike: Doubts, no doubt, how and why
I would agree with this. Probably open on a limited basis. There are some minimum operations that will have to be conducted: collecting those rents, making payments to owners and/or mortgage companies, fielding tenant calls and scheduling services, signing checks, etc. The wife could be there mostly to delegate responsibilities and authority to other people now. Then she can step back again. It might be as straightforward as there are checks or business documents to sign, etc. Or maybe only she/deceased husband have access to locked areas, etc. and she needed to show up physically to take care of some things. I wondered about that as well. But LE referred to them all as victims. Still a possibility I suppose.IMO - moreso a murder suicide situation...
LE has essentially ruled out a murder-suicide scenario, iirc.IMO - moreso a murder suicide situation...
