I don't have a problem with the donation to charity. What I DO have the problem with is if Jodi tries to use it for sympathy in her sentencing. I've also made no secret that I'm 100% against judicially mandated death penalty. Jodi is a manipulative, poisonous asp who should never see the light of day outside the walls of a prison. She most definitely would kill again just because.

So I was just reading on FB, someone there made a very good point. It was about the letter from St, Jude, it mentions the amount of the donation. I have been donating to St, Jude for many years, I make a donation every month, not once in any letter has there ever been a mention of the amount donated . I'm wondering if this is just all BS. More lies from CMJA.

The letter from St. Jude indicates that a special card would be sent to acknowledge the donation in Travis' name. TO WHO??!! I really hope she is not so evil that she provided an address for someone in Travis' family so that one of them would be the recipient of the card.

Jodi is just plain evil. I would love to have get get the DP and have it swiftly carried out. However I know that The DP garners an automatic appeal and more free lawyers. Life in prison with no parole doesn't entitle a person to free legal representation so that would be a bonus there. Frankly I just want her out of the public eye where she can sit and get older, uglier and more desperate each day.

Recently ISIS has been in the news for the videos they released of them beheading innocent prisoners. The videos are indeed horrific. It occurred to me that this is basically how Jodi killed Travis. He was practically decapitated by her, stabbed over and over and shot. She definitely is worthy of the death penalty.

What I would like to know is why the govt. keeps buying glasses for her, or is she buying them herself from the commissary ? 5.00 bucks says that money is all being channeled back to her. I don't know how, but she is evil enough to lie about all of it. She's trying to buy the jury!!

I know we agree What St. Jude decides to do is up to them, but at least now many of us have let them know the truth. I have no problem with them keeping the money, or returning it. This charity will not go under if that $900 is returned.

Been busy the last week. My grandson's ear drum ruptured again (has had ear infections since he was six months old; I blame his mother for throwing him in the bed with a bottle) last Wednesday, then that night/ early Thursday morning we made a trip to the ER - so he had an appendectomy around one that afternoon . They did it through day surgery and sent him were home - with us by six - five hours later. I was hoping he'd be back in school by now but' he's had a complication - they told him he might have trouble going potty because of the pain meds and he asked me what he should take and I gave him the box and he took what I thought was one pill, and saw him take two others about four hours later and told him that was more than enough and he told me he thought you took them like Tylenol two pills every four hours.

I'm starting to sleep till noon or later each day, at least I have to be up by one to go to my oldest sister's and cook dinner for her family. Anna is moving back home finally - she told my other sister that she'd stay six more months to help her out and it hit me harder than what I expected. Other than that life is going OK.


I'm more than ready to get the Jodi circus started. I hope every thing Jodi's done since last year will be things Juan can use against her. I wonder just how much Maria walked out with - all in the name of legal work. I'm curious what sanctions Juan was talking about.

I agree with Nore of why the citizens of Arzonia are getting the shaft by her selling off the glasses - you know she could donate them for free and that would make more of a impact statement for her I'll donate /recycle if you don't give me the death penalty BS. If they're not needed then they need to be handed back for Sheriff Joe to donate.
