I don't think St. Jude's will not accept the money from missy :jail: tho', IMO. They really need the money (it's one of my favorite charity- besides the ASPCA). They do

such a wonderful service for children with cancer and their families- free of charge. I wonder if she will have to speak to Marlo Thomas about this predicament?

Maybe it falls under "ill gotten gains", as far as how :jail: aquired it before she gave it to St. Jude's? (spell check is going wonky!) And St. Jude's wouldn't want their good name being associated with a murderer or possibly used as a mitigating factor?

CMJA is just one sick, twisted puppy.

St Jude's is an amazing place and I have total respect for them. They do such an amazing job for the children and families that they help. I would imagine that they will investigate the donation and then politely decline it and send it back. To me, it comes off as a pitiful attempt by Jodi to desperately prove that she has any redeeming qualities.

The fact that she even attempted to claim that growing hair (to donate) was a redeemable quality so her life should be spared is laughable. It was very revealing that she had such miniscule mitigating factors and that no-one wanted to stand up for her.

On an interesting side note about St Jude - Quite a few years ago, they received an anonymous donation which was the winning piece for a McDonald's Monopoly game worth millions. It was the biggest prize in the game and it would pay out 50,000 over 20 years.

A few years later, it was later discovered that a group of people had rigged the game. An employee of the printing company which printed the game pieces stole a lot of the bigger prize pieces and would give them to family/friends/associates and they would split the proceeds. However, no one wanted to get involved with the million dollar piece so the thief mailed it to St Jude.

When St Jude became aware of the fraud and theft, the responded by saying they would give back the money they received from McDonald's. McDonald's response to that was to say that not only did they NOT want the money back, they would continue to pay the yearly prize. It was a very interesting story to me.

On the Juan Martinez Prosecutor Support Page it says, Ben Ernst, is the guy who donated the money for CMJA. He is the one who runs CMJA twitter page and that garbage she calls art. It was his credit card that was used. So in reality her garbage did not sell for $900. I really really hope Juan Martinez brings all this out. Damn she makes me sick!

Well she and her minions try to sneak things in however the WS detectives are on top of it all, find out the truth and then report it to the proper authorities...I am proud of all of you....WS Detectives!

Had to stop watching the penalty phase, got to 7 minutes into CMJA's allocution and *barf* had to shut it down.
CMJA has life or death, nothing else, not a do over, this isn't an appeal, it's life or death. Wondering if I really want to go down this road again.

Getting nailed right now with the residuals of the Hurricane that hit Cabo San Lucas, raining like crazy, temperature drop and flood advisories til Thursday night.
Got another rattler last night that had itself curled about a foot away from the steps where I was sitting, I expect this storm will bring a bunch of them out!
