Lisa Coleman's final statement:

“I just want to tell my family I love them, my son, I love him. The girls on the row I love them and keep their heads up. Tell Darlie I love her, hand in hand. God bless y’all. I’m alright, tell them I finished strong. I love y’all, I’m done. I love you Richie. I love you. Thank you Brad and John, all of y’all. God is good, I love you Auntie. I’m done.”

I do think the glasses were hers because of missy's:jail: Twitter A/C saying so and the :rumor: that they are not hers, is just more :blah: on Twitter because Sheriff Joe said it might not even be hers. Just more Twitter :blah: IMO.

(Jodi Arias Updates @JodiAnnArias · Sep 14
The Jodi Arias glasses auction is now under way and goes until Sept. 24th.

Jodi Arias Updates @JodiAnnArias · Sep 15
The chosen non-profit will be announced shortly after the conclusion of the glasses auction. )

She had more than 1 set of glasses.

Good point about it posted on her twitter. They probably are hers then. Or, at least, she has guided her minions to claim they're hers and auction the fakes off. They don't need to be real for her to cash in.

Yes or No,
after reading the article and finding out his own mother was also guilty and received life in prison because she made a deal, I am thinking Coleman deserved life in prison also. It's sad to me that one person gets a death sentence and the one who was supposed to protect him and love him just gets life. Our system doesn't always work. Can't believe the prosecutors let his mother make a deal. As for God's forgiveness, maybe she did ask Him. I hope so, for any person on this earth.

Am afraid some people do not have a conscience though, as in the killer, JA.

Bernina, I could not have said it better, thank you!

I am not sure they call them PR people but they must have a spokesperson to make statements when issues arise. Certainly any organization can expect at some point to have an issue.

Whether it is PR or not, I want someone from St. Jude's to assure there was no such donation, if that is the case. Because you never know...it might be a rumor and the "letter" a forgery.

But if there was such a donation I believe it should be returned with a letter explaining why. Of course, they might be able to come up with a good explanation for keeping the donation and I would be open to hearing that.

I think St. Jude's is an exemplary organization and it would be unfortunate if they are dragged into the Arias mess. I do not think they would want to be in that position; it is not their fault if some nutcase comes along and tries to use THEIR good name for her own gain. But if that has happened, they need to take some kind of action.

I will wait to see how this plays.

Maybe no statement is required because maybe a donation to St Jude's was never made. I heard PayPal suspended the auction of the glasses of the killer. Good for them.

Goodnight everyone. Be glad now when this trial is over. I think It is bringing us all down.

If the killer or anyone speaking for her in court tries to convince the jury that she has character and sensitivity and that she cares about other humans because she made monetary donation to any organization on the verge of her retrial, a statement is, IMO, necessary because if that happens and the organization does not speak up it will appear as though they willingly accept blood money. But that's just MOO. I have said enough on this issue now, so this is the end of this subject for me unless something new comes to light about it.

Could you tell me what this means. I noticed paypal as being one way you could pay, there were also credit cards shown. Thanks :-)
The credit cards shown are all part of the same PayPal "button" - just there to show that PayPal processes all sorts of credit cards.

Taking a quick look at their Prohibited Activities, 2. (e) states that PayPal can't be used for "items that promote hate, violence, racial intolerance, or the financial exploitation of a crime"

Bye bye glasses auction... and it will be interesting to see if that's just for starters.

For instance, PayPal requires all sorts of verification for a trust/charity, including a bank account with the same name as the trust/charity. That is, Auntie Sue's account won't do. So, fingers crossed someone's taking a cold hard look at that "Appellate Fund".

Curious, I *think* krkrjx was trying to say that St. Jude's should address the situation (which has probably taken the path towards MSM exposure) because it effects the integrity of their organization, EVEN THOUGH, no one at St. Jude's donation center had a clue that the donation had nefarious intent. Pre-strike "Damage control".

Can you imagine if that "receipt" is used at the trial as "evidence"? Anyone watching the trial and not knowing the under handed way this donation was given would be demanding a boycott of St. Jude's. We saw what "mob mentality" did to some of the defense witnesses the first go round.

I'd hate to see St. Jude's get blasted by MSM, or others. We know the backstory, so to speak, but others out there, including MSM, are usually a day late and a dollar short when it comes to the facts and what WSers already know.

My personal opinion? St. Jude's should return the donation with a letter, cover their bases, and avoid any bologna that MIGHT come up. They need to avoid this situation at all costs. They do so many awesome things for children and I'd hate to see them drug through the mud.

Yes, I'm sure that's all St. Jude's needs, is for this heinous, cruel, murderess to drag them through the mud along with her. :(

  • #231
It's a shame they didn't beat and stave her to death. Maybe if we'd do to them what they did to their victims somethings would change.

As in an eye for an eye ? Well, I do have a tendency toward seeing things that way too, when it comes down to these really heinous cases, where there is absolutely no question whatsoever of guilt... And that, in bold, is the key, by the way. So, if that were the case, what would the cruel murderess get ? Scary, huh ? But then I bet Travis was scared that day too :( .

I hope she asks for God's forgiveness when she meets him for judgement.

And herein lies the truth :
The boy’s body was found starved, beaten, and bound with more than 250 scars, according to evidence from the trial. He was dressed only in bandages and a diaper and had been dead for several hours before paramedics arrived at his home. He died of severe malnutrition and pneumonia and weighed only 35 pounds.
And then there's this: Tell "Darlie" I love her ? :puke: That person, "Darlie", in case someone here doesn't know, is the woman who stabbed her two very little boys, Devon and Damon Routier, to death. Yes, she did. :(

OK, I found it and was pretty sure YesorNo posted this before

Letter from George Barwood

Y'all remember George Barwood (GeeBee2).

He's the missy supporter who Vinnie interviewed on HLN . Well he has his own website for missy.

He supposedly sent a letter to missy back in 2013:

"November 16th, 2013

Hi Jodi
Several good things have happened since I last wrote on September 15th, when I told you that Debra Milke had been released on bail. Firstly, David Camm was found Not Guilty on October 24th, which was a major moment for me, I put a lot of effort into writing articles, analysing the case, re-writing the wikipedia article etc. Lynne Blanchard was running the support group, and I helped her out a bit, it was a huge success, starting from about 200 supporters, there were 1,000 by the end of the trial. I learnt a lot following the case on facebook from Don Rehkopf, who is a top attorney and a bloodstain pattern expert. David Camm has a fantastic defense team, and incredible witnesses, but of course it cost a lot of money. I just wish you could have attorneys and witnesses like David had.

During the David Camm case, Lynne told me about another case, James Stone, who has been wrongly in prison for 29 years. I have made contact with Patty his sister, and we have documented how the same crooked prosecutor, Stan Faith, tampered with the trial record to remove some perjury. I have two MORE cases as well, Hubert Mayhew and John Ramos, I have set up facebook support for them as well.

Also, a very bad bloodstain "expert" Tom Bevel was further discredited. This should help Darlie Routier, who has been wrongly on death row in Texas for 17 YEARS, partly on Bevel's testimony.

Also, another person I support is Ryan Ferguson, who recently had his conviction vacated and has now been freed after 10 years in prison. There was a lot of prosecution misconduct, but now he has been released, it is fantastic, his story is all over the news. He is an excellent speaker, he can be a real figurehead for wrongly convicted people. He had a huge level of support - the petition closed with Victory and 266,872 supporters.

By the way : I think you now have the BIGGEST support on Facebook for anyone who is still locked up : the Jodi Arias Support Page has 3,300 likes ( I just checked ! ). Please take some heart from that. Amanda Knox has more support, but she is not locked up ( and I hope will shortly be cleared after her second appeal ). Oh, I also made a group where sceptics can (without hating or name-calling) discuss your case.

I'm also looking at getting people together to tackle systemic problems with wrongful conviction in the United States as a whole, I have started a Facebook group "JusticeReform" which has more than 100 members already.
Well, there are many other things I could mention, but please take heart, keep fighting, I will certainly fight for you, and know that you are SO much admired and supported, and a true inspiration.

George"

http://jodi-arias.wikispaces.com/LetterToJodi2

I just can't understand this man- "...So much admired and supported.... a true inspiration"???? What can there be possibly be "admired" in a murderer?
He must be really cray-cray himself. He is seeking "justice" for a self-proclaimed murderer!!

He's just like the foreman and thinks it was "self-defense" because Travis was an "abuser" of little missy when he said "bad words" to her in a text. Garbage.

  • #234
Did anyone ever tell GB. she made a confession to Travis' murder? No matter what she produces she murdered Travis. They should just slit her throat and take pictures of it as she did with Travis. Oh the glasses yes I read earlier they are not up for auction anymore. They are G.I.. why did they give her so many?? Money to burn??

I'm trying to remember the deal about the "survivor" t shirt and that they were associated with them, and they denied denied that they had anything to do with Jodi. I bet this will turn out the same. Thank for you contribution but this is only you using us for your own gain.

and the res that YesorNo posted

And one more person who has his head in the sand (I could say his head is someplace else, but, remember, I'm "evolved"):

-a note to Websleuth ? from Rob Roman:

(you remember him from this ambiguous article about JM that I posted before:

http://spotlightonlaw.wordpress.com/...an-martinez-2/ )

"Rob Roman February 28, 2014 at 12:48 pm · ·

Dear Websleuth, (" You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Then who the he** else are you talking... you talking to me? Well I'm the only one here. Who the **** do you think you're talking to? Oh yeah? OK.")

"If you were smart enough to realize how foolish you are, then you would be smart enough to see that you’ve been had by Juan Martinez.

-(and a poem?)

'Go away from my window,
Leave at your own chosen speed.
I’m not the one you want, babe,
I’m not the one you need.

You say you’re lookin’ for someone
Never weak but always strong,
To protect you and defend you
Whether you are right or wrong,
Someone to open each and every door,

But it ain’t me, babe,
No, no, no, it ain’t me, babe,
It ain’t me you’re lookin’ for, babe'.”

(Note: I'm pretty sure he's not really talking to us @ WS. )

I think I'm going to investigate all the morons with some research on Google- a little Spring project while I wait for the retrial. If anyone's interested, I'll let you know about all the cray-crays I find and their theories. (such fun)

The "poem" is a Bob Dylan song. I too can't understand her supporters. I personally think they just have no direction in their lives & too much time on their hands. Maybe they should volunteer in an abused women's shelter, or get a life.
