Where are you recalling TH saying where she parked at all?tia

Hi Geralyn,
I would refer you to the presser of 8/11. A post by Chili Fries, post # 161 :

" If it hasn't been posted yet, knowing where Terri parked is a huge piece of info. She was parked along Skyline in front of the school. " Verbatim quote.

Now, I'm going to extrapolate that TH gave this statement to LE. How else would it become known ?

I want to point out that the reporter who wrote this story ended it by saying " more to come " Yes,a typical journo tease line... OR there may well be more info given by the GK.... As my kids say when they quote Phinneas and Ferb : wait for it...wait for it.

By Chili Fries posting it?

Where Terri parked at the school has never been reported anywhere. LE has never said once where Terri parked at the school.

Was the groundskeepers job to stare at the access road all day to see who parks in it?

LOL. THIS. ^^^

If so, I'd like to know how he mowed a whole soccer field while watching the access road.

Umm, respectfully, BeanE, I do not believe that this information was made up from whole cloth. Either a) it was mistakenly written or b) it did indeed come from somewhere. And if so, TH must have at some point told someone she parked there. If I was a gambling woman,I'd bet on b....

So, Chili Fries, where did you see that info ? TIA.

ETA
On another note, the groundskeeper has been described as "credible" by investigators. It is mentioned in this thread. I am not a professional investigator.I am a retired statistical analyst. If the investigator describes him as credible, I will acept that..... All JMO

No, it wasn't made up. It was the poster's opinion.

Here's the full raw press conference video Wednesday, August 11, 2010:

I agree - however, from his perspective he was primarily focused on access through there and the in and out times may be noteworthy.

Thank you. But, I did read what was said.I would prefer to wait and hear it straight from the horse's mouth.Or, in this case, the Chili Fries mouth... Mmmm,Chili Fries... mouth. Must be lunchtime here in PST... Later...

Chili was responding to what was in the presser. Chili was remarking on how now we had an idea of where she parked since LE was looking for witnesses. The fact is TH has NEVER said publicly where she parked.

Yes - it was refreshing to have an actual named source (who is also reported to be a credible source) who isn't afraid to make statements on the record!

Woo-hoo for the groundskeeper! :woohoo:

Off Topic!

What I really want is a Source family tree. suppose named Sources would be at the top, then something like "a Source from within the investigation" would be next.

And clear down at the bottom would be Unnamed Source. Or maybe News Source. They'd be like the cousins that everyone tries to avoid at the family reunions.

That is exactly how I'm taking it now as well. Relistened to press conference..they seem pretty clear that its witness(ess) statements that saw the Horman truck in those spots...and at no time in the press conf do they make the claim that TH stated its where she parked. Perhaps she did claim that..but it wasn't said so in the presser. I can see how the way they have it parked in pictures..and the witness statement(s) can lead someone to that misunderstanding though. I was shocked to read the post...because if that were the case, that means the GK actually would be a witness against TH.

:) Wouldn't that be nice!

I've been crazy busy lately, but WT heck?????

I'm confuzzled.

A) Kyron come home
B) Witnesses come forward
C) MCSO, solve this case
D) MCDA, secure one (or more) guilty verdicts

I don't know how people involved in these cases get through days. I really don't. I wish I had a magic wand. I would give anything to stop this kind of hurt.

If I were to lift and carry 80 pounds or so of weight, I would struggle and have some degree of difficulty with it. My son, however, who weighs 210 and is 6 ft tall, would have no problem. If Kyron was unconscious or not 'breathing' a man could far more easily lift and carry his weight-in a tote or a suitcase. If alive and walking, I feel Kyron was a happy little chatterbox who would have called out or spoken to anyone he passed in the halls. Walking with Terri, they more than likely would have been noticed. id she sent him out a different door, he probably would have passed a few of his friends and told them where/when he was going. And I still think 'that cool electric exhibit' played SOME part in his disappearance. JMO

Kyron weighed 50 pounds, according to his description on the flyers.

To put it into perspective, that's about the same as a large bag of dog food. Most adults can handle moving one of those large bags for at least a short distance.

I suspect, however, that Kyron left the school on his own two feet, willingly. Just another excited little boy in a crowd of excited kids.

for all we know, TH said that she was parked on the access road the whole time while she was at the science fair.

I wish we knew what TH said about where she parked. I don't understand all the mystery surrounding her parking at the school. You'd think that would been a fairly easy question to answer when LE first interviewed her. Not that I would believe her if she did tell them.

The access road wouldn't be the most logical place to park since She had Kryron and baby K with her. It's too far away from the school entrances.

That's why I think the white truck on the access road was just a tipster saying they saw the GK's truck there but because of time lapse in reporting on the tipster's part they may have forgotten that it was pulling a mower.

It will be interesting to see if the GK is called before the GJ.

Me too. With a finetooth comb. I know there should have been a smell, I know there were children and staff in the school for 10 days after Kyron's disappearance, and they should have smelled something, but I'm just not convinced that Kyron is not in the school or on the grounds. I want another very careful search, with cadaver dogs.

I can't find the link now, darn it.

I was under the impression that when they re-searched some of the areas around the school a few weeks ago, they also searched the school itself, complete with cadaver dogs.

Do you feel a third search is needed?

  • #379
We have to be careful, because we have been firmly warned not to hint at the groundskeeper as a suspect.

Psst.. I did not notice anyone had implied anything. Some questioned how he could see, but that is common. No other implications that I have read so far.

Witness, yes, suspect, have not read it yet. Just saying.

Yes, but it's probably just me being anal retentive, because I also want to be there to be sure they do it 'right', although I've no idea what 'right' would be, having absolutely no knowledge of, or experience with, searching. :)
