Gotta agree.
How many people have testified to the grand jury so far? Far more than we know, and they've testified to far more than we know, too.
Exactly, the people from Starbucks testified at the GJ and we hadn't heard about them.
Gotta agree.

Personally I haven't had to stretch very much to see guilty stuff happening in this case. My "gazillion" assumptions, as you put it, are coming straight out of the Grand Jury and the facts as we know them so far.
Just my opinion.
I just posted in the "news" forum
Well, if he definitely couldn't enter or exit with a truck being there I think that would mean the truck could not have been there right? Is there any other way the truck was able to be parked there, out of the way of the groundskeeper?
Does the groundskeeper drive a truck? Maybe the truck people saw was his?
Did Terri ever say where she parked at the school? Because if she said that she did actually park on that access road... then this would be good news I think?
Read every comment, seems like the wheels were spinning in our heads tonight with this latest news. It was nice to have a actual known source versus all the unknown sources statements wasn't it?
As you can tell by my new avatar I am sort of trapped up on this fence.
He doesn't say when he left. But he's pretty damned sure there was no white truck on that access road.
LE took a gamble and it didn't pay off.
The picture LE posted showing the white pick-up parked on the access road shows that there's no room for a passing vehicle, so if she was parked there, there would be no way the groundskeeper could have passed her to get out. The only explanation is that she was only parked there briefly........perhaps from 8:30am to 8:45am. Or, someone moved the truck from the parking lot to the access road. Perhaps, the mystery adult that was seen in the white pick-up.
It just makes no sense to me that a random kidnapper would have done this. If that's the case...why are both Terri and DeDe unaccounted for during the same period of time? Why are they not telling their story and all they know? Even if they were up to no good, I think they would fess up in the event they are likely suspects in a missing child case.
IMO, innocent people just don't act this way.
But if you are mowing a soccer field would your eyes only mainly be on your work at hand?? Not looking around to see who is or who is not parked where?
This is nuts.

I don't think LE missed this guy. I feel very sure they knew about him right at the start. jmo
Starting to see why it was possible that he wasn't talked to before now. If he is NOT a school employee that is there everyday then he may not have been on the list of people to interview. It may have been the media and pictures of the field and reference to that road that brought him forward, since prior to this he really would have had no reason to call and tell them nothing basically (being that he saw nothing).

I was thinking along the same lines. If the Mystery Person was in or near the truck, then moved it to the access road when it seemed all clear, he or she could then call/text TH and say it's time. Or vice versa, TH could call/text the MP to come pick them up. Wouldn't take too long, maybe you could time the patterns of the landscaper's mowing to be there & gone while his back was turned. Or maybe the MP sat waiting for the landscaper to be done & leave, then gave the signal.
Then they hightail it to the FM, run inside w/ Baby K and get the receipt while MP sits in the truck w/ Kyron. JMO
It does sound like the groundskeeper is an employee of the city of Portland, as he was referred to as a turf-technician with the city of Portland. As such, he's probably not an employee of the school district. His job title suggests he mows the lawns at all city-owned property. So, if he's not an employee of the school, the school staff may not have a definite schedule for when the soccer field is mowed - only noting that the guy that mows the field is there when they see him mowing.
Kyron was reported missing later in the afternoon when he didn't get off the bus. The Hormans rushed to the school, and 911 was called. If I recall correctly, it was around 3:57pm when LE arrived. By that time, the school staff may have completely forgotten about the soccer field being mowed that day. If the groundskeeper is not a school employee, they would have no reason to keep track of him. Some may not have even known that the soccer field was mowed that day.
So, I can see the groundskeeper being overlooked.
I also don't think the grounds keeper was overlooked. The police only asked for this information YESTERDAY - how did the groundskeeper end up talking to the media? Did he contact them? Did they contact him? Maybe he already talked to the police - maybe even the Grand Jury. I find it hard to believe that in two months, LE didn't come across info about the school yard being mowed and track down the city employee who did it (that can't be difficult!).

Yeah, and the interview was filmed at Skyline??? I was just thinking...wow, just so happends that MCSO gives the PC and the next day, media has interview at the school with the groundskeeper....would be interesting to hear how that happened...did he call media....or did he call LE and media got wind of it?????
Ah, what the heck. I'll toss this out there.
Houze has done his own investigating, and already knew of the groundskeeper and had interviewed him as to what he saw that day.
*Houze sitting back, watching their every move.*
When DA comes out with this blunder, Houze pounces. Asks groundskeeper if he'd mind telling media what he knew.
LE, red-faced, reinterviews groundskeeper and reluctantly tells reporter that yes, he is credible.
Air is blue at DA and MSCO offices.
JMO, of course.
