Trying to get another 15 minutes.

As fast as I moved this comment for Deanna over to the Where is Casey Thread, Deanna found another order from the Appeals Court - denying the request on the same day. In on the 25th - and zoom - revolving door - out on the 25th as denied.

What was that crazy comedy half hour show that used to be on - I can't remember the name of it - they would set up a situation that was silly and film unsuspecting folks experiencing it - one was a set of revolving doors in a building that just spit you out in the same spot you went in...anyone remember?

personally, I think EVERY person that searched should sue her for a day's pay in small claims court. The judgement is automatically awarded to the plaintiff if the defendant doesn't show, at least in Ohio....

A class action lawsuit against just for what you have said!:woohoo:

They would have a major come-apart on that one.

Maybe someone should start a petition at that on-line place, to get the word out to all of the volunteers.
I'm sure that some attorney would love to get their hands on this and at least get it on the record.

Not that it would bother ____ , or her _____, but why not?
Keep her/them bogged down in the court system forever if nothing else.

And, not only lodge it against ____, but do so with her parents and brother and his significant other, as well as throwing in M's mother. She is on the board of one of their fraudations. They all went along with the song-and-dance.
Nail em all.

Start making them show up in court, and show some accountability.
Their attorney's at some point is going to get real tired of having to put out time and money for them pro-bono.
These attorney's will start dropping like flies sooner or later.

Let them represent themselves.

you nailed it Iris. I don't care how insignificant the suit is, I want her to deal with legal hassles and public outrage for the rest of, what I also hope is a short, miserable life.

I am not well versed at this point on the motions being filed in the appeal on the lying charges but the motion to relinquish jurisdiction has been granted. The case is now back in circuit court to consider the state's assessment of costs. The AG had filed the motion, and the court demanded a response from [Casey] to show cause for why the AG's motion should not be granted. After that response was received, the court granted the AG's motion.

But, I really do not know what it all means. Not sure at this stage why the DT did not want jurisdiction going back to circuit court. I really wish we could read these motions, responses, and orders.

I saw this tweet and don't understand it. Was it even a question? Did the DT file something in objection?:waitasec:

I guess they appealed the State's motion of intent to ask for a ruling on costs - but I don't remember seeing it - mind you I've been in shock since the verdict and we haven't had our usual stream of docs since Muzikman went far far away...(sob)

Where did Muzikman go? Sorry just out of the loop?

Just abandoned us - not sure if he is one of the many who never came back after the verdict - but I haven't see him for ages after three years of faithfully getting docs for us.

It seems he was MIA even before the trial...I was wondering where he went too.

***WESH-Channel 2 reported that lead detectives Yuri Melich and John Allen have been added to the witness list for a hearing on investigative costs in the Casey Anthony case. That hearing, which had been set for Thursday, has been delayed to Sept. 2. Four state agencies are seeking more than $500,000 in restitution from Anthony “for leading them on a nationwide, wild-goose chase” to find Caylee, WESH’s Bob Kealing reported.

Thank you Dog.gone.cute for posting this.

This is fantastic news. $500,000 is not enough to cover the costs of this fraud and crime committed by Casey Anthony but I join with you in being absolutely thrilled that the State is going after her for these costs. Melich and Allen will be excellent witnesses.

I hope that she is ordered to pay and further hope that bankruptcy does not wipe away these debts (a la IRS & taxes).

A bit off-topic, but I don't understand why anyone wants to see photos of Casey Anthony. We all had the opportunity to see her ugly mug every day of the trial. I don't get the paying for photos of her.

Me too. I meant to add that ^ Always a concern when a poster disappears abruptly. Keeping good thoughts.
