B was clinging to Krista and crying.
They agreed to follow each other in cars.
H stayed home.

Made plans for camp next day, spending the night.

Aware when body was found, Tuesday identified it was Nancy. LE called her, wanted her to come down. <OH maaaaaaaaaaan went to ID her> :(

Husband went to search, didn't work that week. Participated in some form every day.

You feel bad for her. She looks like she's having a rough time up there.

I'm struck, all this time later, Nancy's friends are still traumatized when talking about her. Yet, in the Oct. 2, 2008 never a moment of emotion from Brad in his depostion. No matter what the discussion. :(

As an aside, Damn Buffering is unbearable. :(

Black shirt from Ritter park. Doesn't recognize it.

Tube top found bridge area, not Nancys.

Out of all of Nancy's girlfriends, I like this one the best. She is doing a very good job and she is having a difficult time keeping her emotions in check.

Spent time with Rentz family that week. Attended memorials. Brad did NOT.

Didn't get invite for private memorial.

Which was the oldest daughter? Could she be the one that called to Brad's cell phone on Saturday morning?

I've mentioned this before, I have a four year old granddauaghter who is perfectly able to call her daddy's cell phone and leave him messages when he is at work. She has done it, much to the humor of her parents. So I'd say there is a possibility for a four year old to do it IMO.

Geez. Another important phone call made me miss the last bit of testimony before the break. I like her, too. My heart breaks for her.

:happy4th::happy4th:Lunch break until 1:45? Long lunch break today.

And no court after 1:00 tomorrow. We're all gonna be able to celebrate Fourth of July together at this rate.

I would of got a lawyer and got those passports back. parents might of helped with that. moo

He had just as much rights to those passports as she did. My understanding is he wanted each to have one so that neither parent could leave the country with the kids.

Hated him earlier that week because of the condition of the house, on Friday because he told her she didn't get her allowance that week because she made money from Jessica's. Mad because she thought she'd have extra money.

So that destroys the "he didn't give her the allowance because he knew he was going to kill her theory". He was intentionally not giving it to her because of the money she made painting.

I know this has been argued many times, but I'm still not sure why the money he made was supposed to be "their" money, but money she mad was "her" money.

Then *she* had just as much right to enough money for herself and the girls to get a one bedroom apartment IMO.

Because he controlled ALL the money. How about this, Brad, or any working spouse, pay the non-working spouse what it would cost for childcare for the children said non-working spouse is staying home to care for? Seems like a fair trade. Then the non-working spouse can get a small apartment and not feel trapped, alone, without money.
