It is my understanding.
But this house I live in I bought from a couple who were in a DV marriage. The neighbors all knew it and did nothing. He even broke her arm or so they thought. Wife said she fell.

Where I'm from you just don't meddle in other's business unless asked.

Having said that this is way beyond staying out of it. Especially when you can call anonymously. I would have called in a welfare check. But I didn't know that was a thing until a couple of years ago when my crazy ex kept calling for welfare checks because she thought I'd been kidnapped and was being held hostage by my brother and his motorcycle club.

Definitely a welfare check was needed.
So
I pretty much hate all your neighbors now..which I admit made me forget for a second why I was posting, I do like minding my own an all..Then I remembered it was to say , as long as the blood spray dont F up my day- all of us should be able to vote on tax day , don-cha agree? (j/k)

Cotter was really stupid to lie to police.
He was arrogant and thought they wouldn’t find the hidden gun.
They have their ways.
Now he’s in a lot of trouble.
I don’t think Cotter knows anything about what happened to Suzanne or where she is.
I don’t think BS has shared details with anyone.
IMHO
IMO Cotter is in this ankle deep, may not be in the disappearance of Suzanne but IMO both these stooges BS and Cotter are in deep poo of many kinds! The S—- in the well house may hit the fan. I do think he knows more than just hiding a gun.

And what if all this is just linked to the illegal firearms amd maybe sth else, and not a murder? What if sth else happened to her ?
What puzzles me is the court appointed lawyer and the husband’s total silence (avoiding self incrimination) and the fact that he did not have that much time (2h) to dispose of her and they already looked at all plausible places and cannot find her. Either this had been meticulously premeditated and planned, or if it was in a raptus he would have left some trace behind.
I don’t t know….

October 8: Brad Simpson asks business partner for help hiding weapon

“Ok, make sure to leave all that s*** in the pump house, especially the gun,” ...
  • Cotter told a TX Ranger that Brad was referring to a .22 rifle that Cotter had taken from the home earlier on Oct 8, but an anonymous witness told LE that Cotter had actually taken an AK-47.
  • Cotter took the weapon prior to detectives searching the home.
  • LE then took the anonymous witness to Cotter’s home, and the witness directed detectives to a hollowed-out area in a wall behind Cotter’s bedroom TV where the AK-47 was found.
  • Cotter told LE he was not asked to conceal a weapon for BS, but video evidence from the anonymous witness linked the AK-47 from Simpson’s walk-in vault to the gun found in Cotter’s home.

So who is this anonymous witness and how did they know about the gun?!!

So who is this anonymous witness and how did they know about the gun?!!
I suspect they're a close friend or family member who witnessed some of this or was disclosed to by Cotter about what he did.

MOO
Yes, someone who is apparently familiar with Cotter's bedroom...wife, roommate, housekeeper?

"...the witness directed detectives to a hollowed-out area in a wall behind Cotter’s bedroom TV."

IMO even based on an article I posted earlier, given that the fed marshalls would go after BS if he posted out of jail, there is A LOT more to come out publicly. A person doesn’t casually have the feds after them. MOO

I hope the anonymous person has adequate protection, should anyone make bail.

Kudos for coming forward, presumably at great risk.

Underscoring appreciation for this witness. They saw something and said something. Every piece of info helps get #justiceforsuzanne. I hope she's found very soon. I think of her children so much.

This case is eerily similar to the recent disappearance of Caleb Harris in Corpus Christie……found in a municipal pump house inside a gated area.
Wonder if Brad got the idea that this disposal method would throw them Off his trail?

So now Cotter is an accomplice -- to murder, perhaps.
We just don't know...
Hiding a weapon for a friend or associate -- not good business. SMH

This post with these images is like a horror movie.
Not at all- it’s a beautiful view - deer, fox, coyote families and sometimes piggies wander by all the time !
…and don’t forget where we are!

I wonder who the witness is. Must be someone very close to Cotter. Good for them!

Google ghost guns.

So ghost guns are illegal when they are sold, and many are sold to criminals who want to throw them down after committing a crime, or are sold to criminals …

if an individual builds a firearm at home and then sells it to a pawn broker or another federally licensed dealer, that dealer must put a serial
