Yeah, the Murphy case has all that. Eight months and counting. These are the circumstances I want if I was looking for a body.
A small time window, the probability that he had his cell phone on him at the time, a vehicle that likely has tracking technology (telematics), and a rushed/panicked state of mind.
I’m not familiar with that case, but if it had similar elements then I’m surprised she hasn’t been found.
That headline made my heart drop for a minute, I thought they found her! I wonder if new evidence has came to light? Soley in Boerne ... witness, camera video, phone or Vehicle GPS leading them there?

We discovered Brad Simpson was sued by American Express, Liens were placed on the couple, and they own several properties. Now, some of those properties are being searched by investigators.![]()
Where's Suzanne? The desperate hunt for missing San Antonio mother
SAN ANTONIO- "Day 5" of the search for missing Olmos Park Mother of 4 Suzanne Simpson. The 51-year old realtor was last seen alive Sunday night, arguing with hnews4sanantonio.com
His next court appearance is scheduled for October 13th. Legal experts tell us that the hearing could be his public defender requesting a lower bond.
I understand why he wanted to say the family is cooperating with LE. The backsplash on their family is probably very distressing, he cares about their reputation in the community. Is that wrong?Thank you for the link @PommyMommy
I have never been one to like: "Suzanne’s brother-in-law posted, “We are doing everything we can to fully cooperate with law enforcement, and our first priority is to find her and bring her home.”
I feel the brother in law is very innocent. I just don't like how it is worded. Why not just say (We are cooperating with law enforcement)?
He will be in court tomorrow Sunday, Oct 13, isn't that unusual?OCT 12, 2024

Brad Simpson faces hold for questioning by federal authorities
Federal authorities on Friday placed a hold on the husband of an Olmos Park woman missing since early this week, adding another obstacle to Brad Simpson possibly being released from jail.www.ksat.com
They also have cameras. I hope at least one was pointing in a useful direction. You know, strip malls have dumpsters. I wonder when the dumpsters were emptied?
They also could have found an arsenal full of illegal guns.I read on Twitter that even the US Marshall’s have him on a hold so if he was able to make bail, they would be alerted right away. That leads me to believe that they did have some evidence to him possibly fleeing or having the means to flee.
It would almost surprise me if they didn’t. He seems like the type. They also could have found an arsenal full of illegal guns.
Yeah, why doesn’t this surprise me.Reposting summary with link.
- For 10 years, Brad worked as a property manager for a local real estate company, but things ended badly with a nasty legal dispute; it's a long and complicated situation, but it looks like Brad was double-dealing.
- Brad is an investor in numerous real estate and construction ventures; he is linked to 15 Texas companies, most of which are defunct, while four are still listed as active.
- AmEx has sued Brad twice for non-payment
Yes, I want to know that also. This is interesting. Did he take the kids to school or didn't he? Maybe they carpooled with someone else. Curious about what that last activity actually was.
It doesn't take much for a long term abuser. They always find a reason.I’d like to know what the argument was about. They were with friends initially right? They must have an idea of what set things off.
Might Suzanne have learned more about his shady dealings and she confronted him? Maybe threatened to expose him?I’d like to know what the argument was about. They were with friends initially right? They must have an idea of what set things off.
Good point, @Tealgrove.You know, strip malls have dumpsters. I wonder when the dumpsters were emptied?
