I wonder if the boys will start to milk it and ask for all these treats I hope they do. Work it boys. Flutter those eyelashes.
And their big beautiful smiles!

I know there is a bad reputation for that, but not everyone who goes to Thailand is looking for ugly & illegal practices. It sucks to hear that for all of us who have been there for the sheer joy of seeing an new place! It hurts the majority of the good Thai folks as well.
The Thai people and their LE are every bit as against abuse as any other nation. This is not the time or place to even begin to discuss these issues, IMO.
Amen.
I for one am not going to tune into "The Real Wild Boars and All Their Adolescent Adventures." If such a monstrosity happens, I just hope these young men can go on to have normal, happy lives, with no bloody nightmares and PTSD and media in their faces. Yuck.
I'm sure this has already been mentioned as I've missed so many posts, but the pump team volunteered to stay behind and pump water out of the farm fields.
Here's the link...First I have read about this. So happy to hear this. Some of the fields looked like a small lake. What a nice gesture.
This story has had an amazing number of substories within the story. It truly is amazing. And except for the 1 tragic death it all ended with a happy ending.![]()
just read on the chat, Pigs can fly!!!![]()
Got it! (..But it was 7AM in Chicago's O'hare where I'm posting from!)

Thank you for all the updates. Going to catch up.
The kindness of people thru this is amazing!I'm sure this has already been mentioned as I've missed so many posts, but the pump team volunteered to stay behind and pump water out of the farm fields.

...don't forget one of them wanted KFC...!Much of the focus has been on food, what the boys want/can eat right now, and what y'all are having to celebrate. Stir fried pork w/basil ... pecan pie ... bread and chocolate ... all sound yummy. But as a tribute to their rescue I'm going to try to make some congee, because it's what they're all allowed for now. I've never made this before ... I've never even had it. But it seems apropos, for a very late breakfast.![]()
