We need to know where the blue van was the entire day. It was parked at Chelsea's at 4:00am according to her. She admits to being exhausted that evening but says the van was moved and damaged and alluded to JO stealing it.

We do not know what kind of car misty had. Neighbor said maroon car was there early evening when he retired. That leaves rc driving a different vehicle if he left early. He drives his GMAs red nissan truck alot says Player. Possibility he could have driven it that night.

To know when the fight occured would be a key. I do not believe it was over a gun but a gun could have been involved, drawn by one of them more than likely. For all we know JO could have been defending his cousin and taking her side concerning the recent fight misty and rc had.

The other car I have in question is Nay Nay's vehicle. This vehicle is now in possession of the FDLE as it was recently retrieved from the junkyard. Haleigh could have been placed in her trunk. I wonder if Misty's clothes were in that trunk too. At some point, rc threw misty's clother and belongings on Diane's lawn. They were placed in the Nay's trunk. Then we hear that Amber took them out and threw them on the ground when she borrowed Nay's car. Anyone know when Amber borrowed the car?

List of people visiting of living at MH that night:

1. tommy; early evening and late evening
2. tommy's three children; early evening
3. JO..no confirmation on time
4. the repair man
5. Annette Sykes; between 7 and 8
6. Elisa Squires; between 7 and 8

.......lots of people prior to 8PM. Something major was going on over there at this time. What we don't know is what time rc left for work. My opinion is that rc was irate and did not go in to work early. He needed to be calmed down. GMA may have been called to get everything under control.

BBM. Could very well be the case which leads me to believe that perhaps something tragic occurred in the afternoon or early evening and GGMS did not see Haleigh alive and well eating dinner ouside on a cold screened-in porch after dark like she claims she did.. I'm also inclined to believe that after his family realized what had happened they told him to get his rear in gear and get into work as soon as possible and they would help handle the situation. Baznme..Ron C adamantly denied on national tv cousin Jo was ever at the MH that night.
To my knowledge, Misty has never stated he was there either eventhough in her LVA she does state that IF Tommy was there that night then Cousin Jo was also..
Cousin Jo returned to Tennesse the next day.. Apparently he wanted out of Dodge real bad...JMO

Well, he's never left my hinky meter. I don't know if I'm supposed to put this link in here but, if not, feel free to take it down mods. Video and verbage from early this year. Read the comments under the video as well.

Could very well be he was in someway involved that night. It wouldn't surprise me in the least... but I do know that Ron C stated he was NOT at the MH that night.. Wonder Why?
Also, Misty attempted to throw him under the bus immediately, and then at a later date attempted to throw Tommy under the bus...and even stated if Tommy did it then Jo was involved too...

I also realize I could be way off base but I doubt either Tommy or cousin Jo are the ones responsible for whatever it is that happened to Haleigh..If they were I have a feeling they wouldn't be breathing air right now...But I'm not ruling out they weren't called on by Ron C to HELP out that night though...

I feel certain that there were quite a few things that may have needed to be cleared out of that MH that night before they could make a call to 911 to claim someone stole his daughter...JMO

Ron doesn't know what Haleigh was wearing for sleep clothes cuz he was at work yet he knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that Joe wasn't there "while he was at work"? That seems strange. I want to know what Joe was driving while visiting Florida and how did he get home. What was his mode of transportation?

  • #307
I had heard JO left so quickly because he was not allowed to travel out of state or he would be violation of parole.....sounds about right. The problem is rc's denial of JO being anywhere near the MH...

What was important to me if the fact that LE are very interesting in the woods at the end of the street. They have always been concentrating there and the place off of hwy 17. Those two spots point may point to their reasonings. They may think one of the two people in the MH disposed of Haleigh. Misty being nearby and RC going to or from work.

Maybe we should take another look at the bloodhound scents.

Did anyone else notice the difference in the tone of misty's voice in those first videos when she mentioned she took the blanket and washed it and placed a sheet over Haleigh. She seemed to crack when she said "sheet"...mo.

Yes, Bazme, and ron also knows the door was LOCKED because he locks it every day. No thought processess going on here, that's for sure. He had never once considered that misty would open it. Is that a total control type person who knows the other person would not dare to do something different...this guy's thought process is very odd.

I was looking around and saw that the search and LE were concentrating on the two places I stated above but they also said this:

"They focused on a heavily wooded area near St. Johns River Club Adult Community, across the street from the neighborhood housing Ronald Cummings' home, where Haleigh disappeared from early Tuesday morning."

Across the street maybe Buchanan at the docks or the Adult Community backyard where the dumpster is located. The dogs hit, and as I recall it was a corner of the bin. Isn't it possible that a blanket or body was put under the bin for just a little while till it was determined what to do. My other concern was it the cadaver dogs were legitmate and trained Police dogs.

One other thought I had about rc and his answering questions, somebody asked him if Haleigh could have walked to water and he said no, it is too far. They then asked him how far it is and he answered EIGHT blocks. The water is very close it is on Buchanan across from him and on the same street where he lived a few months ago. It looks about a block away to me. But I am going by virtual maps.

bbm~

I agree Emeralgem, but he sure made for a very convienent fall guy, didn't he...lock bumper and all! Misty says he's known for lock bumping..problem is I don't ever remember anyone in LE saying that the lock was bumped..or for that matter, that there was any forced entry at all. :waitasec: It's JMO, but I'd bet ol' cuz Joe was discussed beforehand, if you know what I mean..wink..wink..

As you said and IMO as well... if Ronald actually thought that Joe (or anyone else, besides he and Misty of course) had anything to do with HaLeighs disappearance they would be pushing daisies right about now..He said so himself on the 911 call, right!?

And don't forget he knew exactly where those beds were positioned that night too, eventhough he claims he was at work..
I could very well be wrong but I believe I read cousin Jo got a female friend to take him back to Tennessee..

  • #312
How does that statement from rc knowing where and the positions they were sleeping compare to the fact that he told TM "she never slept in that bed". It was still made.

  • #313
Just listened again to the AH video with Misty and she states that she called her mother because she was scared. She caught herself by the end and added, "I called my mother after 911"...don't buy that part.

If her mother was staying on Tyler, then that accounts for LE being there to find out about Haleigh missing because misty called her mother. Misty may have been on the phone with her mother at 2:30am which conincides with the person who told LE they heard a female voice on the porch talking, yelling on the phone.

Simon Barrett isnt allowed to be linked right? Just the facts, Ma'am

OMG some of this is so rotten!

Now, I can live with this theory. Good thinkin' Emeralgem

About that back door and the claim that it was never used, or rarely used. Way back I recall reading here (and I don't want to spread rumors) a member posted that LE found evidence that the door was often opened. A large amount of cigarette butts were found on the ground beneath the top porch part of the ramp. It appeared as if the landing part was used by occupants as a place to stand and smoke and toss the butts over the railing.
I can't recall what thread, or who posted it. But, I do recall reading it here. Does any one else remember that?
Finding a number of ciggy butts around the ramp, would give an indication to LE that lies were being told about the use of the door. Another inconsistency given by Ron and Misty?

Yes, AZ, I remember that also.

I do not know about all these lies told by ron and misty. It is concerning. Why they insisted on concentrating on the back door is odd in itself. First of all, I beleive the cement block was most likely always there. Since rc never installed an air lock on the screen door, a block would have made sense. It may have been there even when they moved into the MH.

An airlock on the door is the matter of a few screws and door will hold open...very inexpensive. I have installed one myself.

Secondly, that ramp looks like a little adventure for young kids. How could they resist playing, running and jumping on it?

Third...the door right next to the laundry is a no brainer. You shake out clothes, rugs etc right there.

I do beleive they hung out there to smoke also. The fact they choose to deflect, deny and cover-up leaves a rational thinking person to ponder their innocence. Their story does not make sense. Their behavior is even worse. I wish LE would find the piece of the puzzle they need.

No, I have not seen LE release any type of statement about cigarette butts. Nor have I ever seen them state that Ron was ever in any way inconsistant.

Bold by me....parole huh? So Joe O spent time in jail? Could you please post where and what the charges were against him. TIA

To state that Joe O left Satsuma so quickly because he was on parole and he wasn't supposed to leave the state would certainly be important in my opinion. I believe he left Satsuma because he was running away from his involvement in Haleigh's disappearance so if you can offer a legitimate reason as to why he ran off so quickly I would have to reconsider my theories on Joe. Don't parolee's have to check in once a week or once a month or something like that? I have read statements that Joe O was in Satsuma for as long as one month before Haleigh went missing, wonder how he checked in if he was out of state.
