When did jr reveal this, I don't remember. Wasn't there a story floating around that OT and rc got into a fight by a tent one day? I wish the media would track down OT and interview him. I bet there is more to him leaving than a four year old's description of an intruder that apparently LE did not take seriously.

I thought that's what I read too, that RC and OT got into an argument. What I can't understand is why would they be arguing in the mist of Haleigh disappearing? Were they arguing about the truth? Did OT at some point find out the truth and confronted Ron? That just would not have been the time for a petty argument and I find it quite odd. If they did have an argument my guess would be that it had something to do with events surrrounding Haleigh's disappearance. JMO

And since OT is not a player in this case (his name does not appear in any newspaper articles and he was not named by LE), I did not feel it was appropriate to be posting his records (per TOS). However if you look at the docket, you can see that he was definitely in town on 1/5/2010.

But where were Ron and the children the weekend of 2/6-2/8? Reasonable question, imo.

I think we can rule out HaLeigh died as a result of an accident or as a result of a fight between R & M because they didn’t request medical attention for her. It is possible Misty and Ron grew increasingly bitter and disillusioned by the rigid expectations they faced in raising HaLeigh and they enlisted Joe to help them dispose of HaLeigh and the gun story is a ruse.

I doubt HaLeigh went to sleep Monday because I don’t think it would have taken her 30-35 minutes to fall asleep. I believe HaLeigh would have been exhausted when she lay down to sleep after a very busy and trying day and she would have fallen asleep the minute her head hit the pillow but this wasn't what happened according to Misty and I wonder what was going on.

I guess 'bout anything is possible. Why would Ron trust Misty's cousin Joe to keep the secret? Had he known him very long? JMO, Ron has longer and deeper roots in the area than Misty does. He has his own extended family in the area that he could trust more and who are not strangers to unlawful activity. [jmo]

I don't know. I haven't ever compared that address to the wedding day search.

jmo, but the family must have been pretty certain she wouldn't be found during that search since they went ahead with the nuptial festivities.

IMO, nothing can be ruled out just yet. We all honestly don't even know if HaLeigh is alive (we could all guess, but there is nothing backing up that shes is deceased or alive, which makes me :furious I think there was an accident with HaLeigh, but by the time everyone figured out that something was wrong it was too late. I do suspect additional illegal activity that may have lead to this "accident" and that is why the cover up. Of course this is all just my opinion.

NOT me... I'm not ruling out Haleigh got caught up in something that went down between Ron C and Misty or Ron C and someone else...JMO

There is a video of the conversation Crystal had with Junior concerning what he saw take place in the home. Crystal asked Junior questions and he quietly nodded his head.

IDK anything about Ron's relationship with OT; but if LE had solid physical evidence to prove a crime was committed, this case wouldn't be so hard to crack.

I recall this video, i also recall there being a lot of conversation about how Crystal coached JR, or Crystal was speaking for JR.... (i want to say Geraldo? prolly wrong on that)

It was Craig R, Geraldo's brother. But she was not leading Jr. That will be debated, but I see no other way to ask a child to repeat the story he told without asking him about what it was he said.

Perhaps because Ron and Joe are both involved in HaLeigh's disappearance and by not talking they protect their secret and keep themselves from being prosecuted. Isn't there an honour among thieves? I think Ron and Joe are bonded by an allegiance to the group which stays loyal to each other no matter what.

It would be helpful if we knew what Joe did the weekend Misty was with friends and WBG.

There was a story about a fight over money Ron owed OT. Haven't seen him since.

I just read that Hank SR got into an accident 2days before Haleigh went missing. That would be Sunday. He states he was hit by a drunk driver with no insurance. Another article states it was a "Hit and run".

So far no evidence to proove that such a terrible accident occurred, though he does have injuries, i.e. shattered leg bones because of pins, etc. (at least that is what we were told).

So that rules out Chlesea having tommy and linseys' blue van the WHOLE weekend. What kind of car did Timmy recently buy and loaned to Hank Sr. to drive? and why? Why no accident in newspaper, where did accident occur if he were taken to Gainsville? ( I assume by ambulance)

It would be helpful to know if Ron was out looking for Misty during the weekend that she was partying. Wonder if he happen to see Hank Sr. out and about that weekend and inquired as to Misty's whereabouts?

1. two days prior, timmy and chlesea buy new car. What type vehicle was their old car?
2. they immediately LOAN that new car to Hank sr, appears on the same day they buy it.
3. Hank crashed it and winds up in hospital with broken leg (?)that day.
4. timmy then, immediately borrows blue van from Tommy on Sunday (not the whole weekend as we were led to believe)
5. Between Sunday and Tuesday 4:00am, they notice damage to the blue van also.
6. chelsea and timmy claim they have no kge of how damage occured.

Three cars passed between their hands in less that 48 hours.

a. The traded car that was timmy's (make and model needed)
b. The new (used) car that was timmy's (make and model needed)
c. The borrowed car from Tommy. (The infamous blue van)

...Between Sunday when blue car is loaned to Chelsea and Tues 4:00am, blue van of Tommys sustains damage which no one claims any respsonsibility.

It may be worth your time to reread this transcript. Information about Misty's cousin, the finding of the pink shirt Haleigh was reported to be wearing, etc. Interesting tidbits. Helps to refresh your memory sometimes and also to see how any stories have changed over time.

Meanwhile misty is out and about riding around in an old blue lincoln, that for some reason is loaned to Amber and contains misty's thrown out clothes (from rc) which from what we hear Amber discards. Now, Amber's borrowed car winds up in the mud and needs to be pushed out of it. The blue Lincoln now sustains serious trunk damage. We do not know who helped put Amber out of the mud in San Mateo. Who would she/they have called? Who was riding with Amber?

Did rc use his old white pickup to get Amber out of the mud?

On another note, it was suggested that rc's marroon Altima has damage to the rear.

Either all these friends and relatives decided to have their own demolition derby or something is way off with the amount of conincidences for that weekend.

Add to that Haleigh disappearing about that time and something is off...way off.

Chelsea alludes to driving there Monday night but not Sunday night. I want to know exactly what time this accident happened and where? Why did Lisa go stay with him on Monday night but not Sunday night when it happened, allegedly?

A man might be tempted to lie if he had borrowed his son's new-used vehicle and wrecked it. Of course he would not admit it if it was a one car acident and he caused the wreck all by himself. A favorite around here is that a dog or deer ran out in front of you. Then again, there is the old "hit and run" story. But, if your daughter's boyfriend experienced "road rage" and the vehicle ends up in a ditch or hits something, you might be a bit hesitant to report this person who ran you off the road, who knows, you may get a dead rat in your mailbox or something.:croc: JMO.

Whisperer, I agree, we need to know more about everything and I mean everything that happened from the time that Ron threw Misty out to at least one week following the 911 call. Every member of Ron's family, Misty's family and Crystal's family and friends needs to account for all of their time. There are entirely too many coincidences.
