I had my daughter try to read it but her eyes gave out...she said quit claim. So was saying, someone was about to die and the transfer was made? Any thought on the relationship with the family? Still didn't see Larry before her eyes gave out...lol

If I got the address right (close to it). It would of taken 54 minutes to this area from where Haleigh went missing, that is adding PDM. If no stop at PDM then it would take 44min. If you notice you pass St.Mateo. Lots of water/lakes in this area to.

I had came across some property that was given to someone by the last name of Cummings. The address above was used as reference since that one is for sale. Lot 10 and 11 are not from what I could tell. I am not good with real estate, hopeful that someone is on here. LOL.
I have "NO" idea if they are related to anyone in this case. I found them interesting since they came from Mass. To FL.
Take a look:

The property was turned over June 1, 2004 to the 3 children by quit claim deed. The kids live in Mass, New Hampshire & North Carolina.

I have been thinking about Haleigh all day today, wondering what could that simple little fact/tip be that may lead to what happen on Feb 9th.
If I only were a fly on the wall what would I of heard.
Then I thought about the scanner.

I would really like to know if any calls came in from over the weekend regarding any of the players, and if anyone was pulled over for any reason. I know that there are retired people that enjoy listening in to the scanner and some do it as a hobby. So, I thought what if I put an add out on craigslist to see if anyone has any saved scanner tapes from Feb.
:waitasec: I wonder if LE has thought about this? Something major must of happen that lead to Haleigh's disappearance and the way all these people seem, well they seem like the type that would cause a scene regardless of where they are at.

Actually, NO. They are all recorded and fall under Sunshine Law, I believe. They play them in court trials all the time. (lol - don't you ever watch CourtTV?)

PCSO released 7 DVDs of 911 dispatches to media the first week, iirc. [Well, I think I recall hearing that in a press conference, or reading it on a media website way back in February.]

AZ, I love your posts, that said I think I am giving up too. I don't share your faith in LE. I think the whole situation is corrupt. Over and over we have been told something will break soon and nothing happens.
I am praying everyday Haleigh is found But then I realize, according to our Father in Heaven she was never lost and rests in his arms. Just as surely as Haliegh's spirit lives, her killers will be punished.

Oh no you don't Porcine. You can't give up. An arrest is not enough. There has to be stone cold evidence and strong proof for LE to arrest and charge someone. LE doesn't legally get a string of chances to bring someone in over and over for Haleigh's disappearance unless they have something that will stick and they can hold them over for trial.
I hate waiting too. But LE needs to get its ducks in a row and have a solid case before the wheels of justice for Haleigh can turn.
Every LE force across the country has a different personality. Some cases can be solved in a matter of days, others need much more time mainly because if there are several people involved, they have to get the right suspects. Often times they need to bring in someone they can offer a deal in exchange for important testimony. It's always tough to make sure you've got the right person to turn into a valid witness.
It's easy to suspect the cops are corrupt or so stupid they can't put a case together. It's harder to have faith and trust. Don't give up hope. Hope is all Haleigh has now and we need to back her up with our own hope.
Don't pack up your tent and quit. Keep posting, keep digging, keep reading here and most of all keep praying.

Although it remains unclear, almost a year later, what exactly occurred on the night/early morning of February 9/10, what is clear in my opinion, is that no stranger - or anyone for that matter - came into that home while Misty was sleeping and abducted HaLeigh. This is an "inside" job - "Inside" meaning HaLeigh's immediate and usual contacts/family. I would expect LE to have the cellphone records of all of those individuals. With their cellphone records, it doesn't seem (at least to me) that it would be incredibly difficult to create some kind of a map & timeline based upon the communications that took place among them & the locations of their pings throughout that night/early morning. You could at least come up with a radious of an area in which to search. Any thoughts on this?

After reviewing some articles from Fox news, I have to conclude that something was found nearby and LE is keeping it top secret. My guess is the pink shirt. I posted the link under the searches thread.

I realize this is OT from the neighbors heard yelling. When they heard yelling could be related to what was found nearby and where Haleigh was at one time...IDK. At some point Haleigh was in those woods nearby the house...imo

Anyway, Crystal S. was taken by LE to an abandoned shack and IIRC there has been no further news about this event. Does anyone know if this was prior to Haleigh's shirt being discovered? I was just wondering if there is a chance that the abandoned shack could have been where LE discovered the pink shirt. Just thinking there.

lonetraveler, I don't have the link handy but do recall that Misty had stated that she had found the shirt in the pile of clothe left in the MH when LE took her back there for some reason. This was before the MH was released that LE took Misty back. She had made several comments about the shirt after it was found, saying that if she had anything to hide she would not of told LE about the shirt. Something to that effect.
As for the house LE took CS to, I have wanted to know about that for a while and wonder if it is the same house that Cobra picked up Nay Nay from.
But after reading Art's article about Jerome, I came to my own conclusion that the house that Nay Nay, Amber and Misty frequented was Jerome's "IMO".

I have not heard of Crystal being taken to an abandoned shack, except on here. Were they just going over the tracking dogs route? I guess we will have to research to find out when she was escorted there.

We have three red trucks in this fight though. RC may have driven his GMA's red crew pick up which he had access to on a daily basis. The neighbor on the other side said the Altima was parked out front some time during the early evening hours, IIRC. TN drives/drove a red truck; Misty says tommy had a red truck (his father's) but then again this is misty talking and rc had access to Sykes red truck.

That family sure does like the color RED.

If you view the video of Hardy being questioned about the pink shirt, much can be inferred. He would NOT comment on where the shirt was found....stating "If that's what Bowling said, I guess I will have to go along with it". He prefaced that with a question to the media, "Is that what misty told him?"

If the FBI, etc had been in that MH for a week, I am sure they would have been the people who found that shirt if it were in the house. I could never believe they waited a week and misty strolled in and found it for them....no way.
