Tommy's police report from 2 week's ago lists her as "unemployed"

Can you imagine what it's like sitting in that house day in and day out? Hank Sr., Lisa, Tommy, Lindsy, Misty and the 2 youngest children? Thankfully the oldest boy gets to get out of their and go to school! He is the "lucky" one.

If Hank Sr., Lisa, Tommy, Lindsy, Misty all have a common bond they may enjoy the days

As I understand it, Misty did not have a driver's license while living at 202 Green. IIRC, she got her license after the "wedding" because that gave her status to attain one. They never moved back into the MH after Feb 10.

She gave the wrong address to LE which has happened before as we all are aware. The LE responders are not there to verify addresses. Looks like you can tell them anything you want regarding where you live.

Normally when couples wed, they face each other and look into each others eyes while they recite their vows. Didn't happen in Ronald and Misty's wedding ceremony: Misty remains focused on the person in front of her who is performing the ceremony while she recites her vows intended for Ronald who remains beside her.

The state ought to remove the children (yesterday), lock down the place and turn the MH into a rehab. :angel:

Actually, the place is only 2 bedrooms. Definitely not large enough for five adults and 3 children.

I'm so very sad for those children.

4 adults, one 17 year old and none of them have a job. How does this work? How does one eat, pay for utilities, etc.? I don't understand. How do they keep the electricity on in the house and continue to post bail?

State assistance, Social Security disability checks, food stamps and drugs appear to be the main stay. The other way is litigation where they get the occasional windfall.

Bluesky, thanks for bringing the wedding ceremony to my attention. Ron and Misty did not even look at each other. What a sham...both of them saying it was want Haleigh wanted...ugh! How dare them use Haleigh as a cover for the real reason they married.

The ONLY "adult" living at the Tyler Street MH that has not been arrested in past months is Lyndsy Croslin. That is nothing those children need to see, IMO. Poor kids!

The Croslins are thiefs. Hank Sr and Jr tried to run a drywall business and lost the business. Likely stole from the peoples houses they went to service. Hank Jr has past credit problems in addition to domestic violence charges laid by his wife. These two Croslin men are in a career crisis with no hope for a better tomorrow. No one in their right mind will ever hire these shady characters which is a frightening reality to wake up to each and everyday. Hank Sr will likely draw disability cheques (if he didn't receive a lump sum) for the remainder of his life but Hank Jr who has a young and dependent family to support doesn't have this provision and his future is even darker than his father's who is likely freeloading off his children. When is the last time Tommy Jr worked? He is self-destructing and the reason he takes drugs is because he has lost his livelihood and his reputation and he is bankrupt and disabled from contributing to the welfare of himself and others. He is ruined and he may possibly never find another job. I think his marriage is over and I would advise Lindsy to sell her house and file for either a legal separation or a divorce. The domestic abuse charge was filed in 2005 IIRC yet she chose to drop the charges and have his children. By selling her and Tommy's house first she will generate the money she needs to move and establish a new life for herself and her children elsewhere. Lindsy has her nursing diploma so if she continues working towards independence taking one step at a time, she will rescue herself. I think she should turn her back on the Croslins entirely and follow through with her own plans. At the very least, Lindsy should not allow Hank Sr back into the house and she needs to have a heart to heart with her husband and failing that, sell the house and stop allowing her husband to exploit her. I wonder if Lindsy suspects Hank jr, her husband, harmed HaLeigh? If Misty left HaLeigh and Jr alone and Hank Jr who isn't trustworthy or honest went to Ron's trailer, he might have taken HaLeigh. I believe Hank Rr and Lisa Croslin do know what happened to HaLeigh or they are very very nieve and their children walk all over them at Dysfunction Junction.

What kind of equity is there in a MH? I guess it would depend on the down payment...but it probably isn't worth more than they paid for it...and possibly less.
