Reading all of it again makes me physically ill. Imagine for a second that none of this needed to happen.

he could’ve been sent to his grans house weeks ago , Getting three meals and snacks. Wrapped in love every second, Conversations with his uncles who by all accounts were more loving than his father ever was. He would watch tv football Peppa pig paw patrol WHATEVER he desired. Slept on a comfy bed. He called names like darling sweetheart instead of how he was referred to

then to have none of that given to him due to sheer spite …. That is what’s gut wrenching.

The jurors will have been able to talk before now. I know they all wait together before selection and I would assume they have a designated room in the court building for breaks. I could be wrong though.

Its on a page i follow but not sure if i am allowed mention the page here. I dont know his brother but he is on that page and shared the video as it was leaked to the media. He said he is happy for people to share it as its a happy positive video of Arthur. Let me see if i can share it here

The only person that i have seen chating on it is Daniel Hughes. Seems like a lovely guy i just private messaged you the name of the group if you wanted to join. Its a lovely group of like minded people who are all so upset for Arthur

I've been following this case from the start but struggled to keep up with the threads to comment, mainly because I avoided reading the thread at times because the details coming out are too much to bear....but Arthur did bear it! He took on so much in his short, young life, he lived through domestic abuse household with his mother, then lost his mother abruptly when she herself is sent to prison, he then has the upheaval of moving in with his violent abusive dad who then starts dating a completely evil, soulless psychopath who starts torturing him and encouraging his dad to do the same! Arthur endured all of this and more and yet right until the very end he stoically stood in that hallway taking beatings, starvation, poisoning and psychological abuse. What a brave boy he was! IMO they BOTH equally contributed to Arthur's death...the beatings from TH and poisoning, abuse and fatal blow from ET....they both deserve whole life sentences for what they put that poor boy through and his murder. I hope prison is utterly miserable for them. Never has a case affected me so much. They are despicable, hideous and truly evil! Neither of them has shed one single tear for Arthur. They both sicken me beyond words!

Arthur should still be here, getting excited about Christmas, but we all know where he is because of these two IT'S. I dread to think what his last chrismas on earth was like. The best present Arthur can get now is justice, fingers X !

Hopefully his last Christmas was wonderful as the extended family were still involved at the point in time. He hadn’t moved In with that evil witch

I know I’m getting my kids so excited for Xmas now and just the joy this season brings to kids. I wish he was around/have been rescued to enjoy it

I feel like there has to be a bigger inquest into social services and how they mishandled this case. This should NEVER happen again. If people have concerns for a child’s welfare. It shouldn’t take ONE visit to establish their general circumstances.
It should be multiple visits. Visits alone with the kids. Away from parents like ET who controlled the narrative of the visit

who knows. Maybe when parents know they’re being watched they are less inclined to escalate the violence to the degree Arthur was subjected to !!

Giving evidence in the trial is not the only thing that the social services agency has to do. Huge lessons are to be learnt from this.


It angers me to think she said she “takes her job seriously “ yet look where we are ….

Besides, "perfect" doesn't really exist when describing humans

Hoping Arthur gets his justice and those two are jailed for a long time!

There is a coroners inquest pending, that was adjourned because of the criminal trial. Birmingham safeguarding board will also conduct a serious case review.

I believe social media of victims (DH) is considered off limits.
