If you need her dead for whatever reason why take her body away. perps in her house but nothing else is taken, no jewellery valuables etc. Why risk being spotted down a back alley when there's obviously people watching like RC etc. the more people that are involved the higher the risk of being caught. What's the motive ? Claudia didn't seem to feel in any danger - no obvious signs. Overpowering a female or even a male for that matter doesnt necessarily depend on the persons body size compared to that of his victim.. The use of an object used ased a weapon, various restraining items, or a knowledge of maritial arts could be used just as efectively by a person of any size weight or gender to over a victim.

I wouldn't underestimate Claudia - she had relationships with seasoned men "rougues" she also had experience in handling horses. I think she was probably taken by surprise - Just stirred me about alleyway man 7.15pm - could he for some reason have had claudias rucksack and be dropping it back to her? just a thought.....

Someone parked outside could of entered Claudias house on the night of the 18th and for whatever reason dispatched her then. The focus in the morning may of been picking him up and as you quite rightly say she may of exited down the alley.

Why would it indicate that he wasn't just a walker and had use of a car? I'm lost here just don't understand your logic

I was talking of someone from much later around 9.01pm caught in the bus footage - alleyway msn appears at 7.15pm. I’ve looked at that location and my thinking is - I’d stop where the suv is up the pavement if I was going to be there briefly to pick someone up. I wouldn’t park there overnight. The road is thinner thatn what it looks on camera and the pavement is enough for 1 person to walk comfortably. If I was parking overnight I’d of found elsewhere a side street and walked to it.

Its incredibly difficult to answer that question its a bit like playing Roulette - black or red - or another way 18th or 19th (her home) or (elsewhere). The review team favour at home on the 18th - they have all of the detail (well nearly all of it) It seems pointless to evaluate a conflicting theory to the ;police case, however my 1 sticking point is the missing rucksack, her slippers by the door and her bed made. If she died as per the police case just after 8.23pm on the 18th then of course she didn't make it to bed, but still the missing work clothes, phone. rucksack and straighteners and that's why I would have to find something to rule out that possibility. of course if alleywayman 7.15pm had her ruck sack and was returning it but she didnt answer the door that could explain it or was she already at his and he was picking it up - so she could stay over he had a car she didnt at that time - they didnt both need to go and she used the time to call her mum and dad. I think the law should be changed and anyone found to be telling lies should face a similar sentence to the killer.

There is a male alley man seen on cctv, on both occasions white coat person is seen in the same footage. What other person vehicle or pattern is shown on both footage of the alley man? NYP know who the alley man is, yet they can not prove this imo due to alibi/alibis who claims it can not be this person imo. Was the cigarette butt in vehicle and the new finger prints in claudias home said as a message to perp/perps as was the finger tip search of the alleyway! If Claudia was hiding away from person/persons how would or could they get claudia out of her home or be sure she don’t leave when they arrive? would you cover all exits snd which way would you take Claudia if that in-fact was the situation, and would it be in the direction of the two persons on cctv drawing attention to themselves , if not then what alternative paths are there to not be seen on cctv?x

I’d like to make just one point: being the alley man as seen by the public is not a crime and you do not need an alibi IMO

“Her mother convinced she was at home” I have a couple of theories for and against this statement. If you go with the police case - she was at home. And I must admit I think it’s highly likely she was at home, and I could give you sound reasoning why I think she was at home. It’s the rucksack that throws me - and further more I think this whole case could be solved on the basis of why the rucksack is missing.

Some good points here Vixey, however this is pretty much the police case - a planned event and a team effort. BUT WHY - if I was thinking this was it I’d be wondering why - look what’s happened after - absolutely nothing.. none of the suspects have been sent down for any crime. So what could she of possible done to deserve this ?
Let’s face it in British Crime History if it’s true it’s unheard of.
