Possibly jealous or maybe she was the opposite and lacked empathy with the feelings of wives and partners. She seemed to lack sensitivity in this area of her life. She was known to turn up at the homes of her male chef friends, something which didn't always sit well with their wives. Her favourite programme was 'Mistresses' (according to her friend SC).

Could be that she got a kick out of making others jealous?
I get the impression she was very much a have your cake and eat it type of girl. Having relationships with men who already have a significant other gives one licence to have a relationship with more than one person.

I dont think CL's phone was dual sim .. Going by Wikipedia Samsung produced them in the early 2010's
For me personally having to interchange sims would be inconvenient and fiddly allowing me to be only avail to answer calls when the relevant sim was in the phone
which is why a lot of people had 2 phones ie one for business one for personal use, before dual phones became available.
Im not sure what message the phone would give out to incoming callers or texters when the number they are ringing relates to the sim not in use either, so that might cause suspicion.
So for me 2 phones live at all the times perhaps one on vibrate/silent for discretion depending where/who the user was with would be the solution..
even more so if it costing me anything

I suppose the option depends on the person and the situation they might be in 2 sims would suit some people better.
But I think some personal details have to be given when purchasing a sim so that would be on record.

Claudia is a single girl and does not need 2 phones.
She does not need a dual sim phone. She is not deceiving anyone

The man having an affair needs two phones although - imagine your wife finding out you have two phones!
so what you do is have a single device which houses 2 sims. you do not swap sims - the phone has two sims slots

I agree with you @keep-it-real Claudia even if she was taught how to use the dual sim, that as you say were not in wider usage then (More for business purposes) would likely struggle and could make mistakes by calling on wrong SIM. It is more likely if there were 2 phones that she was given one to use for discretion and could even be a "Burner Phone".

On another subject it was said that CL didnt have a FB account. I believe that it was not only Suzy but also LE that qualified this.

I find this strange for a girl who liked to talk lots by SMS.
Police told Suzy that even she didn't know the complexity of what her friend CL was up to.

Perhaps CL had an FB account in the name of Cat or another Pseudonym?

Pre heavy use of Tinder she may have met some new friends this way?

Thats not say she different have a different make and model of phone with that option though, if she did why would she continue using her old samsung as she did?

In 2009 what response would an incoming caller receive when making an incoming call/text to a sim number that was not in use at the time

If a SIM was removed @keep-it-real then a message could be retrieved once SIM goes back in. If a call comes in it would either go to Voicemail for future retrieval or if no voicemail set up it would declare that mobile number is not currently avaiable.

And perhaps that meant Claudia had fulfilled her part of the deal that Claudia instigated. That being i'll return X (a phone) because you have just paid me X amount of cash?

There was a lot of discussion about Claudia being possibly trailed and watched that day. A Red van was seen various times wasn't it? Could that be someone monitoring Claudia to make sure she had posted the phone?

Interestingly; wasn't there a 20 minute period in the afternoon that was discussed. This was due to Claudia popping out somewhere local. I'm sure it was suggested that a local phone box could of been used to make a call. Was this a call made to the other party in order to inform them that the item had been posted

Therefore has the ending been a need to obtain Claudias other phone and to get the cash back?

Did the red van belong to POI PR belonging to his company Transcore?

a dual sim phone holds two sims internally youn do not need to swap sims - the phone has a pin code system to access the second sim

Are you sure t is not light refraction you are seeing here?
The reason I say that is that at this time of night we know that Claudia was still alive and so if it was a body it wasn't her and if she was being carried against her will she didn't give off any verbal signs of being at threat when she spoke to her mother later on that same evening.
If it is someone being carried, who do you believe it to be??

The cctv images which NYP have provided with dates and times or the supposition from 'others' that dates, times and imagery are all wrong? I think the perpetrators would be sufficiently alarmed with the publication of this footage without the need for NYP to edit anything. And wouldn't that be seen as tampering with evidence?

I agree @Yozzer In court the defence would state that NYP had shown this footage in media and why now changing time.

I feel that if anyone is going to show images with shadows and light refraction that they think twice before publishing as a wise person once told me:

"You see what you see and you see what someone tells you they see"
CCTV shows pictures of people walking on their own and pictures don't even show a backpack with clarity.
