I’d like to make just one point: being the alley man as seen by the public is not a crime and you do not need an alibi IMO

It’s not a crime to walk down into heworth place returning in just over a min on two separate occasions just less than 12hrs apart - you are completely right. However! Knowing how many properties and flats that stretch leads to there’s lots of foot traffic two and from the shops take away pub etc. The police have chosen two mins over a 12 hour period when that stretch will of been walked by literally tens of maybe a 100
People - yet they have picked just two mins - no you don’t have to give an alibi - however if I knew a young woman had gone missing and I was not guilty of any crime I’d be as helpful as I could, what made him look even more suspicious is his hesitation

Agreed that man is guilty of something... did anyone connected to this story moved away around 2015 ? That clip was shown for the first time six years after CL disappeared.He would certainly recognise himself .

Its incredibly difficult to answer that question its a bit like playing Roulette - black or red - or another way 18th or 19th (her home) or (elsewhere). The review team favour at home on the 18th - they have all of the detail (well nearly all of it) It seems pointless to evaluate a conflicting theory to the ;police case, however my 1 sticking point is the missing rucksack, her slippers by the door and her bed made. If she died as per the police case just after 8.23pm on the 18th then of course she didn't make it to bed, but still the missing work clothes, phone. rucksack and straighteners and that's why I would have to find something to rule out that possibility. of course if alleywayman 7.15pm had her ruck sack and was returning it but she didnt answer the door that could explain it or was she already at his and he was picking it up - so she could stay over he had a car she didnt at that time - they didnt both need to go and she used the time to call her mum and dad. I think the law should be changed and anyone found to be telling lies should face a similar sentence to the killer.

I’m still puzzled by your 8.23 pm on the 18th .

I think the problem with this guy's identificaton is that people are assuming he is Cuban.

She met this guy Haz when she was on holiday in Cuba he is reported as being in the group of fifteen men from Hale in Ceshire who were also in Cuba at the time.
People assume these men were Cubans which in my opinion isnt correct. They were a group of men from Hale that she met in Cuba
Haz was dubbed as her Cuban lover as they met in Cuba and went on to have a relationship, not that he was Cuban.

Haz is coming up on my searches a spainish name

Or did someone disappear that night (18th) because in my opinion the dark alleyman struggled with a person along that pathway and then a third person helped him carry a person around the corner either putting them into a passing car or into one one of the terraced hses on heworth rd.
This is in my opinion this is why police are seeking help in identifying him.

From memory there were about 4 cctv cameras on the shops at melrosegate PO location and certainly one of them which gives footage of her posting the letter and walking on towards Heworth you get a reasonable view of the other side of the rd. skip to 7.10 in the video

I think they were dismissed at the time probably because of the apparent fact that she did not make contact with the people she knew there .

There is a male alley man seen on cctv, on both occasions white coat person is seen in the same footage. What other person vehicle or pattern is shown on both footage of the alley man? NYP know who the alley man is, yet they can not prove this imo due to alibi/alibis who claims it can not be this person imo. Was the cigarette butt in vehicle and the new finger prints in claudias home said as a message to perp/perps as was the finger tip search of the alleyway! If Claudia was hiding away from person/persons how would or could they get claudia out of her home or be sure she don’t leave when they arrive? would you cover all exits snd which way would you take Claudia if that in-fact was the situation, and would it be in the direction of the two persons on cctv drawing attention to themselves , if not then what alternative paths are there to not be seen on cctv?x

@Vixey just re your alleywayman identification point. I would think the police are 100% sure who he is, however the footage is poor and would be a waste of time being used in court
