It’s not a crime to walk down into heworth place returning in just over a min on two separate occasions just less than 12hrs apart - you are completely right. However! Knowing how many properties and flats that stretch leads to there’s lots of foot traffic two and from the shops take away pub etc. The police have chosen two mins over a 12 hour period when that stretch will of been walked by literally tens of maybe a 100I’d like to make just one point: being the alley man as seen by the public is not a crime and you do not need an alibi IMO
People - yet they have picked just two mins - no you don’t have to give an alibi - however if I knew a young woman had gone missing and I was not guilty of any crime I’d be as helpful as I could, what made him look even more suspicious is his hesitation
