You might look out, but would you keep watch?
But it could well be quite a regular occurrence a vehicle parking outside of this house if they were visiting the nags. The locals would know this :)

I agree with you - drug related. Many years ago I posted a rather long dissertation, after much consideration, on why I thought this, based on police activity at NH, money, drunkenness, indiscretion - various things. However this was shot down fairly quickly.

Nothing has changed my mind in the intervening years really. There's much skullduggery, as I also believe one or more people involved in Claudia's disappearance post regularly in this thread.

It’s called a flying free hold. Must have been difficult for cl to get a mortgage on that property - talking from experience. Was the loft space separated between the properties - again from experience ……. I feel this property is very important
Look at the roof tiles in comparison to ground floor boundaries.

Is the flying freehold relevant to this investigation?
If someone had access to the loft space of CL then it is unlikely that we would see all of the street and road / alley activity.

was one property going back ? Solid dividing wall In loft space _ or bedrooms with pitched roofs. def flying free hold above Cl’s.

Sorry I missed your question re motive - well initially I thought it was likely some kind of financial indiscretion - so perhaps she had been let into some kind of confidence and then demonstrated that she couldn’t be trusted when drunk. However and this is something I can only offer as my opinion as I cannot support it with any evidence - My view currently is its drug related.
Blonderabbit, interesting. What is your theory from start to finish of what happened to CL?
Ooh another 'new member' nice to see that we are attracting some different people, if you 'beleive' that.
Ive always been interested in this case since it broke back in 2009. Like everyone else I am puzzled how CL can just simply vanish. I have read up this case a fair bit and I thought rather than keep my thoughts to myself I would sign up on here to offer theories etc as it may help.
It is such a heartwrenching shame for CL's family. I believe this can be solved and I really do hope it gets solved soon.

Relevant from a point of view of neighbour noise …. The noise below.

I believe that all of neighbours were interviewed by police and they would have been asked about noise etc. Normal door to door enquiry stuff.

I think the only neighbour who could share loft space would be number 48 as the roof lines of 50 & 52 and 44 & 42 are higher and have a different chimney position. Whoever’s been at 48 has owned it since 1997. Unless it’s a rental and could have had multiple tenants over the years.

I like your thinking here. Although if they had moved away would that in itself be some admission of guilt which is why they have stayed put? A double bluff as they say. I'm not sure I assume JK has a conscience, but the speech patterns which Blonderabbit refers to coupled with my intuition regarding a certain coldness behind eyes indicates something.
I think there is something she is not letting on and whether she has a conscience or not I believe any closely guarded secret is slowly taking its toll.
I mean, I know we cannot make assumptions on looks alone but if you met any of CL so called close friends would you believe them to be trustworthy?
Only people that know them can answer that question

With respect I don’t think so PJ3, Jk & cooper are in a difficult situation. I don’t think they are making decisions they have any choice over. I’d think Cooper finds it difficult to live with the guilt of whatever she knows. JK differently would probably have the additional weight of guilty by association. Reflecting today I’ve been wondering why Jk or Cooper didn’t step in and save their friend - Cooper gave her friend a wide birth on Friday 13th - I’m sure she had been in the company of them drunk before - so why was this time so different she had to pack her bags and go home early? And King having a close relationship with PR must have had wind of what was going on - she could have saved her friend, the friend who offered her a roof over her head when she was desperate! And I feel the reason neither of them did is because they were probably jealous of Claudia, great looks, popular, nice family, good upbringing and security. So perhaps they thought wrongly life would be better without her - I hope they feel the pain every min of every day.

The car looks weird to me - seems to change shape as it passes. Trailer on the back or DIY pickup conversion?

I am also now seeing your hi-vis trouser figure, but also what might be a reflection or shadow of a figure above the car - though I admit it could equally be a combination of a bedroom window and muck on the bus windscreen.

View attachment 394302

I’ve now imagined it to be everything from a taxi to a 1920s roadster, a Lotus Le Mans car, a Land Rover, a dune buggy and even a boat on a trailer. Time to give up on this one for now.

I do now see a figure between the two vehicles, though I’m currently 50/50 between the trousers with hi-vis bands proposed by @Blonderabbit and blue/grey jeans (depends where you see the legs). Also looks to be wearing a red jacket when you crank the levels.

Hallelujah - someone actually sees the man between the cars - I thought the car in front could have been a moggy 1000 - his right leg one side of the lights - I did also think he could have white socks on (no surely not) or it could be the white rim of the tyre/wheel. I don’t think it’s a moggy 1000 now as the number plate is wrong. The limes cctv which caught the focus will have caught that car - shame we can’t see it
