A.N how did he get ruled out.
If its right info I've seen maybe he had same shift & took her or met her on route.
He was her friend who she met working & neil roots book says this to. He's the only 1 to write like that from all i've read.
Family & other friends say that doesn't sound like claudia.
He gave all kinds of reasons as to what may have happened, going away on her own, newcastle, affairs exc..

Yes well, firstly we need to Prove beyond doubt that at least 1 of the four has been convicted of drugs offences - then we can move on to how Claudia fits in. I just found a little search engine for criminal records but you have to pay and give your details, however before paying it said there were 4 listings against 1 poi’s details - obviously I’d have to pay to find out - I searched an area within 100 miles of York. So there is a possibility. There must be a free way.

Try as I might, I cannot link any of the POI with drugs, not by name and not by addresses so unless something new comes to light I do not think drugs are connected, certainly as far as the main protagonists are concerned. Still struggling to see why any of these individuals would involve themselves with drugs, they seem to have good businesses or jobs and to me I think they are probably wronged by groundless accusations. I'm looking elsewhere for answers.

You would be unlikely to find any MSM comments re most involved in Drugs and so the fact that you cannot find anything does not rule the POIs out of being involved in drugs.

Yest i came across an article which i'd never heard of before.
Robin garbutt a postmaster jailed for killing his wife.
I think he could be innocent from all read.
On the 17.03.09 he reported an armed robbery so there i went down a rabbit hole.
At the end of it all i realised from a map its over an hrs drive away from york.

Taking a step back from the analysis of what may or may not be in the shadows of the CCTV.

There must be a reason why NYP chose to release these specific snippets of footage. Heworth Road had other buses travelling along it throughout the evening of March 18th, all collecting similar sorts of footage, so there is clearly something about the 9.01 footage specifically that is of interest - and IMO not simply asking the public whether they can identify vehicles, I think this is part of NYP sending a message out saying “we have a good idea of what has happened here, when it happened, and we are letting the perpetrators know we are onto them.” Something like that, anyway.

Similarly, IMO the footage from Melrosegate circa 5-5.30am that has rarely been discussed - but which was commented upon toward the end of the previous version of this thread - may well be a message that “we know she did not walk this route on March 19th” as much as “who are the people in this footage?”

FWIW, I think the final text sent from Claudia’s phone - the “twelve earlies on the trot” one to JK, despite the fact she did *not* have to do twelve early shifts on the trot, and that SC already knew that Claudia did not have to do twelve early shifts on the trot - doesn’t get enough attention. The message sounds utterly incongruous. Other text exchanges that evening were part of back-and-forth conversations. This one, from what I’ve read about this case, seems to be “on its own” rather than part of an ongoing text conversation? Claudia was due in the NH on 19th March to meet SC. Wouldn’t JK, who was working the NH that night, find it strange when Claudia turned up in the pub in the evening after telling her that she has 12 early shifts on the trot? Why is Claudia saying this when it isn’t true? How would she have explained this away? Why is she not texting SC to cancel the following evening’s arrangement? What on earth is going on there?

EDIT - the text I am referring to was sent some time after 8.23pm on 18th March. That would put it toward the sort of timeframe that the bus CCTV footage covers. Has the exact timing of that text ever been disclosed by NYP?

My opinion of this case has long been that she accidentally or even unwittingly divulged something in the NH when drunk on 13th March that led to the events of 18th/19th. IMO there is a reason why she never frequented the NH after 13th March, but we may never know what that reason is.

You have to look at info not allowed on sleuths to get a gist of the background. So for instance 1 of the poi’s maybe didn’t look at Claudia favourably. There were shinanagans in the nags on the 13th that SC. Walked away from telling police she didn’t know who Claudia was with. For me this specific “whatever” is perhaps the cause (imo) DYOR

As this text was sent to JK by Claudia-According to JK. Then it could have been for a number of reasons:

1. It was sent as a "Help" message-JK knowing that the statement was incorrect and becoming suspicious enough to call for help.
2. Sent by the person that was with Claudia at the time the text was sent-Unknowingly by Claudia.
3.Sent by Claudia to further annoy JK-If CL had been staying away because of JK then perhaps she was just giving her the brush off.
