Hi
@Angleterre and firstly my apologies for suggesting that you were Lucy Pope. I had no right to do this. It is true that Police do watch and get involved in this thread and so they should. My bigger concern about some postings on this thread are perhaps where there are Perps or supporters of Perps who deliberately set about to distort or distract others and take them down rabbit holes.
I agree that it is very easy to be tunnel visioned about something or even try to match a small clue to make something fit.
The police are also guilty of this. For example. I will never forget how just because there were breakfast dishes in the sink at Claudias, the police suggested that she left for work that day-There were no recordings of her walking but there was the sighting of the couple arguing by the car and so it was-"She left for work and was seen arguing by a car near her workplace"
Dishes in sink-Could have been 2 /3 days old
Arguing after her normal work start time when she had been given a lift etc.
Thank you also for your compliments about the blog. My intentions are meant to be in the right place.
My biggest concern about the case is Claudia's Mum.
Whatever anyone says-Claudia was a bit of a girl in the same way I or other males could be accused of being a bit of a lad. Nothing wrong with that. It may upset her Mums reputation in Malton but surely she must, Like her Dad-Who by the way is much more open minded-want to get closure as this must be eating them apart and what a terrible thing to go to the grave not knowing.
Where I probably do have some tunnel vision is around the 4 and as I have said many times before. Police and CPS don't spend 7 months debating a case unless there is reasonable evidence, albeit insufficient to bring a successful outcome.
Those that say the 4 are innocent until proven guilty should remember this-
If I was innocent then I would fully cooperate with the police to clear my name. I wouldn't stay quiet or refuse to comment.
Ok they may be protecting a female who has yet to be charged, it could have been manslaughter or even a sad accident.
I also become concerned when people only tell part of a story in this thread to capture the attention of others.
It is difficult sometimes to say what you want to here. I accept that but I wont waste others time in this way or get involved in these diversions any more.
If someone has seen something, read the thread. Identify which of the contributors could help them and then PM them.
Of course my caveat here would be that they should at least give the police the first chance to mull over what evidence that you may have before doing this...
I look forward to discussing this with you at some point
@Angleterre and again apologies for trying to guess your identity. That was wrong of me. And thanks for your honesty.
