She hadn't shown her face in there since Sunday which was unusual behaviour for her. Who knows if there was a new boyfriend or whether that was fabricated by her 'colleague'.

Interesting.
So she probably wasn't avoiding the NH as she was planning on going there on the Friday. Could it simply have been due to her being on early shifts and not wanting to get involved..as in, no such thing as popping in for a quick one with that crowd?
The sticking point for me is this account of her staying out all night. If it's true then maybe she was avoiding the NH for some unknown reason. Waiting a few days could have meant it would have blown over. She was meeting someone too so that might make her feel a little more at ease. But if it isn't true, has it been made up to fit with this reckless wild child image that was been painted of her subsequent to her disappearance?
Is staying out drinking all night when she had work the next day the sort of thing CL would have done? It just doesn't sit right with me. Edit: and let's not forget she was 37 - l couldn't party the way l did at that age as l did in my 20s. She seems quite conscientious. Then again, she appeared to be quite easily led.

The phone is bothering me.
Picture the scene. Claudia is at home. She's watching tv. She's texting and calling her parents. Someone comes to the front door. Claudia lets them in. At home you are likely to leave your phone on a table rather than in your pocket. Soon after there's an altercation. There is no sign of any disturbance. Is she subdued in some way? Then removed from the house? But why take the phone??? Claudia presumably wouldn't have had it in her pocket when she was at home? So was it deliberately picked up? Was there something on the phone? It seems odd that unless the phone was in her person, why would it be taken? Did they not know about locations and pinging?
Or was Claudia somewhere else with the phone. Somewhere nearby, clearly.
Or is it that the phone fell out somewhere in a struggle and they didn't realise until they went back to check on the scene?
I am convinced the missing bag is a result of staging to make it look as though she left for work. But dark man CCTV occurred when we know Claudia was alive. So what the hell was he doing? Checking to see if she was home? It would be over an hour, at least, before anything happened to CL.
Presumably they are sure the calls to her parents were definitely Claudia and not someone pretending to be her. Because that last text is off but the timeline for it being sent by someone else is way too tight.

And had befriended a 24 year old who shared her penchant for alcohol.
Which 24 year old is that?

"I know who you are, you have tried to lure me and others into PMs and to try and distract us.
There are also many on here who do great work and so if we are going to keep this forum going then please, if you have only one intention- to distract, then you must be related to a Perp or be one and so please go away.
Otherwise I'm sure that this forum will either go underground to PMs or cease altogether and this will not be justice for Claudia.
