I’m sure it’s a bag. On the morning footage it’s quite clear he’s not carrying anything. That’s a good point about not being seen together but I don’t see the purpose of white jacket man. The only explanation I can think of is he’s picking/dropping drugs but then why not go the back way , instead of in full view. If these two men are involved, what part could the NH four have played ?

Was Claudias bedroom at the back? Maybe he was looking to see what lights were on....if she was home ? Her car was in the garage so would not have been parked outside. It looks to me like the original plan ( if they’re the perps) was to hurt her that evening but for some reason abandoned that and decided on the morning instead because their actions are exactly the same both times.

I thought her setting off was estimated a little later? The focus braked just before 6. I’m certain the focus is involved because of timings but I can’t fathom where one of those men fit in let alone two.

I also think he parked on Heworth Rd as I can see hazard lights reflecting through end window which also allows light through from a window at a right angle {same end terrace}, on H Rd. Why was he snooping about at 5.07 on 19th March?

Yes definitely Hazards . But are they not from a car parked outside front of limes rather than closer to Claudias ?

Why would someone put Hazards on at that time in morning , drawing even more attention to themselves ?

This is the road position of a vehicle approaching the one with Hazards . Moving to centre of road to pass .

His arrest followed soon after the Lime Court police cctv campaign and was reported by a number of sources as being as a consequence of the cctv appeal.

So why do the police come back again this year ( March) saying he’s still key ?
And I believe more than one was arrested

That footage is strange. I’ve looked at it again with a more open mind and he was definitely there for a significant reason, even if not connected to Claudia. It looks like he has a dark bag over his shoulder and does suddenly stop when he sees the passer by. I think he also had the bag when walking up to the alley. He also looks round twice as he gets to the corner, once behind and then up from where he’s just walked.
But who is he ? What was he doing in such a short space of time? The police must have identified him but why hasn’t anyone else publicly named him ?He must be a local.

The CCTV footage is an appeal , clearly police require a key person still to break the alibi that Police know is false .

This is fantastic new information @Yozzer and no one has reported this before .Police don't mention it .
It doesn't matter how many times people view the footage ,there is always something additional there to see .We should "focus" on this-forgive the pun ,Or was it a Mini Cooper ?
Another reason @Popejohn3 why police leave appeal open in case someone like @Yozzer spots this .
