Who owned the house when Claudia went missing. Maybe she's under the patio.

@Thelastleg I would be interested in the relationship if any the previous occupier had with the new owners at the time of CL's disappearance. Im still working on the cctv clips but from whats coming up on clean ups is that the owners at the house at the time may possibly have seen something and possibly been warned about disclosing that. If this is the case I can understand why they would want to leave the area and its no great surprise to me who the owner is now but purely for the reason I mentioned. I would be interested to know wether the sale of the house was a private sale.

Yes! Very creepy I have read about her before AND she still visited him regularly until her 2nd husband objected apparently.

I do think this is different to choosing to live opposite a close friend who has vanished into thin air 11 years previously though,,,not sure why but I do ......maybe because neither of the people that live opposite are ex partners of Claudia (APPARENTLY!) whereas Sutcliffes wife has financial gain at least.

John Robert Patrick....is he in a very high position in the roman catholic. church...possibly relatives in York...possibly one working at the university.

when you take a car to be crushed, is there any check to see if there's anything suspect inside.

and would you have to have a doctors cert for a cremation.

I thought to have learned here on WS time ago, that one or maybe even two of the neighbors across the HR had been an ex of Claudia. The male part was stated here in any case. At the time I was quite surprised, never had heard of it before.

@MajorLang : If Malyn knows who the perps are, will he also have a good idea of what happened to the body even if he can neither prove it, nor say it publically? And if so, how did he come to figure out the likely scenario(s) I wonder.

I think cctv footage was an imortant part in figuring it out

You're right FromGermany of course,,my post had a touch of sarcasm,,I had assumed there had been casual roll abouts maybe going on but if there was a long term secret relationship with deep feelings,, which I'd never even considered, this would inevitably affect decision making,,maybe about where to live...

I would say that he figured it out by carefully reviewing the cctv evidence and the flashing lights of the breakdown truck at 5:07 on the morning as Alleyman appears.
Cold case team deny the presence of a truck or flashing lights but if you view the morning cctv evidence the flashing amber lights are obvious reflecting in the side window of the house in Heworth Place/ corner of Heworth Road. I have mentioned it in here before but no one seems interested.
The amber lights flash all the time the cctv is playing of morning alleyman.

Oh I think both were ex partners of Claudias-One male and one female

She was obviously eternally grateful to him for not murdering her.

I would look more towards it being a highly sexed married male with those tendancies group sex but focusing on multiple woman in a submissive role sometimes involving his wife (willingly) sometimes not.
