That data protection act is a real bummer .. alot of stuff like this is background work building a wider picture of sujects and is very interesting worth pursuing when time allows so thankyou for your tips it much appreciated
@Thelastleg. I think fear played a big part and it was deployed quickly with a knock on the door and a bit of rough stuff from what I make out ( just my opinion) If that was thought to be loosing traction over time (ie people get so scared they speak out anyway because they fear the same might happen to them) then a solution may have been a better house in a better area as a twisted deal. Not a lot of people are going to question a move to a better house in a better area its what a lot of people do so that would have to be looked at more closely, and wouldnt really make a difference to what had happened when all said and done.
Although heworth road is a thoroughfare but if things are executed by someone and others quickly its possible.
Months back some said that a scream was reported that might just have been what alerted a resident and take a look in the first place.
I think the resident the guy in the light mac and the driver of the car saw something. You all know I think the the man walking into Heworth place is not the same person that is walking out (more about that much later theres lots to still do on that) but in my opinion hes the one involved.
these are my opinions ..please do your own research
